Hi all, sorry for my absence over the last few days have been trying to do wii fit on an evening instead of sitting at laptop. Well done to everyone who has lost or just as importantly not put on! It is very hard to to sucumb to lots of bbq food and cool beers when the weather is so nice.
I am delighted to announce having reached the 2 stone milestone this morning! Delighted to have got so far so quickly but now more desperate than ever to lose more as dug out the clothes I was wearing at the time when I got pregnant with DS (which is my target size!) and I am still a long way off! I recon another 1 to 2 stones, though not sure as didn't weigh myself then so will have to go by how the clothes fit.
    Yesterday I managed
    B Porridge
L Breaded chicken, pesto, pasta and parmesan salad, green salad and olive bread
S fruit, strawberrys, blueberries, pineapple and melon, very very yummy!
D As for lunch, eating up leftovers
Cause of calorie count hard because of the grazing on fruit but I recon I kept it under 1400cal so not too bad.
Managed 15000 step on pedometer and 45 minutes of aerobic and yoga work on the wii, including my first jog for 2 weeks thanks to healed knee!

Good Morning all, I have been a busy bee this morning and have already cleaned the kitchen and hung out a load of laundry. Can you tell I had a pain free night last night and managed to get 5 hours sleep in a row!:j:j:j

I had a day out with DD2 yesterday, shopped around the local market and was amazed at how much cheaper the soft fruit was compared to Tesco. I did buy some so will see how it compares quality wise.

We had lunch out which normally I would find a problem but we went to the Australian Outback restaurant (I think thats what it was called), and I had a grilled burger with a plain jacket potato (well I did manage to put a tblsp of sour cream on the potato:o) and a diet coke to drink so that was ok. Then we went to see the new Star Trek movie - which I loved! All of these years I have been wanting Spock to have a love interest:rotfl:(when I was much younger I sort of thought it would be me but there you go!)

    Today I will be eating:

    B - fruit and yogurt
s - scan brans and fruit
L - ham and egg salad
D - pasta bake with quorn

    Enjoy the day everyone
    Love
    Marion

Was a really busy day yesterday, did an hour and a half in the gym yesterday morning, then had to help set up a tournament ready for todays football so yesterday was

    frosties
chicken and onion sandwich (no butter or dressing)
    banana
3 cheese & onion crisps ( yes 3 actual crisps)
    apple
sweet & sour chicken and rice

Today was at football all day and determined to be better than last week so had

    melon & pineapple for breakfast
    ham and pickle sandwich
    grapes
chicken fillet in a ciabatta roll with vegetable rice and salad for dinner
    mullerlight

As you can see much better and may have some cherries later if I get peckish
Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

Wiped out by the heat, seems to exhaust me, think it may have something to do with my obesity, have to force myself to keep moving.

    To-day I have eaten:

    B....Banana;

    L....cod, roast veg and chips....was only able to eat about a dozen chips;

    Sn...pear.

D...Really had main meal at lunchtime, so will have something like hummous, salad and some brown bread, followed by some dried figs.

Feeling really bloated at present, need to move around a bit

    Congratulations to losers

Frogga and RS - where are you both:confused: ???

Well, I'm here :D Can't say bout RS though as we haven't spoken for weeks

We had a win at the Bingo and I haven't seen her for dust  I kept phoning and texting as I was worried (not interested in my half of the money or anything you understand) and to be honest I've given up. I guess the police warning and the court order telling me to stay away from her may have helped that, but I kind of got the feeling that she didn't want to be friends anymore? Call me paranoid, but a frog can sense these things you know ;)

Anyway enough about selfish rich scousers, who want's to hear all about me? All of you I'm sure :D Well, it was WD this morning and I can report a loss of another 8lb which now brings me down to 15st 12lb. I was convinced I'd be 9st this month but alas it's not to be. Maybe on the 30th June? It's nice to be 15 something as that's another stone gone.

Unbelieveably for me I do feel quite chuffed with that. I have lost loads before several times but this time it feels like I have changed my head a little bit. I usually loose it a stone a month but that's by starving and then bingeing. This time I am trying really hard to eat normally. I know it's slower coming off, but I do feel better.

We had a family BBQ yesterday with all of Mr Frog's brothers and sisters. It was my idea and I really enjoyed it. I know I must be getting better as I never want to do those sorts of things when I'm fat as I feel so self concious. I had a bean burger and salad and that was it. I had made gateaux and there were crisps and nuts around but I didn't even feel tempted. Feel very happy bout that as it was a big test.

It also helps that I can now get into my size 14's. I can't sit down, move or even breathe but I can do them up! Roll on next month :D I'm sure you'll think I'm fibbing about the size 14's as I'm still 15 st something but I don't know where my weight is? I expect alot of it is in my huge brain ;) Are there any of you who weigh as much as that but don't really look it? Alot of people would think 12 st is still very overweight, but at 12 stone I'm a slim size 12. Honest! I'm 5ft 5 1/2 in. Be interesting to know.

Right, hope you are all ok. Hopping off now to put some washing on and make the most of the last day of half term before the Tadpoles go back to school. Boo Hoo.

Have a nice rest of the day people, and if any of you see RS can you please tell her I'm sorry about the horses head and could she please call me? :D Thanks x
