Morning all. Had a lie-in so that's delayed my eating by a couple of hours at least
Last 2 days have been pretty good but before that was pants. The sponsored pram-push was a washout and I gave up half way through after being pelted with rain and wind. At least I turned up though - one of the few who bothered. Apparently the distance had put most off - it's about 2 miles.
Have discovered stir-fries and pak choi and the joys of bulking out rice with beansprouts! Have been using quorn beef-style pieces cooked in a stir-fry sauce (thai sweet chilli last night) then added to stir fried veg at the last minute.
Going to sister-in-law's junk food heaven for the weekend though for a birthday party so by tuesday i will no doubt be feeling completely rubbish. Will weigh in today to give myself a benchmark, know that I have done rubbish this week though.
Today:
B: melon and grapes, 1 egg omelette in frylite
L: soupbaked potato and salad
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
A quick hello to you all.
Off work this week and not been too bad, apart from tuesday when I bought a multi pack of fudge bars for the week and then ate them all before bedtime. Went to a NT property yesterday, by bus so had a 2/3 mile walk to get to there, then walked around the house and extensive grounds, then back to bus. Saw friend in eve who wanted to go for a walk, so off I went again. Have to say I'm feeling much better and the walking is getting easier. Not too stiff today.
Bfast was cereal
lunch was tin of pineapple with natural yog.
Dinner wil be a using up of the veggies in the fridge with rice.
Apple for snack, and still drinking lots of water.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
