    hello all :)

Sorry I've been absent for a while, found out in April that I'm pregnant :) So the last 2 months have been all about trying to maintain my weight, not lose it! Unfortunately that's not quite gone to plan, and I'm nearly a stone lighter, but I'm getting there.

    Hope everyones well and motivated.

    Congratulations ShelBell!!
    Keep up the good work.

Oh congratulations shelbell! good luck keep yourself nice and healthy:j
I have had a good day today despite being back at work and being stuck in a sweltering hot classroom with 30 sweaty kids.
    B porridge
L tiny bacon sarnie ( I just can't refuse free food!)
    D Chicken fajitas and salad
So around 1100 cal so far will have some fruit later if hungry.
No extra exercise as still have bad neck but been generally active so not too concerned.

    Ooh Well Done Shellbell!

Well I did the tofu mayonaisse yesterday, it doesn't taste too bad actually, but it does have 2 tsp of oil in it so that would be 4 syns for about 12 ounces of mayo so not bad at all! The amount you would use in a sandwich would have so few syns it would be negligible!

I got the recipe from The Enchanted Broccoli Forest cook book by Mollie Katzen.

Ingredients: A 12 oz box of silken tofu (I used normal fresh tofu from the Chinese supermarket), 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 Tbs cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp soya sauce.

Whip everything together in a blender (I used that little Delia Smith one). Taste to adjust seasonings, cover and refrigerate until cold. Job done!

I imagine it should last about a week in the fridge, depending on how fresh your tofu was. It isn't snow white like commercial mayo is but it has a heck of a lot less calories and fat in it.

    Love

    Hi all

Not too impressed, just tried the dress on for the weekend wedding party and although it does up it doesn't look too great. Can 1 pound really make that much difference? I don't know, I think part of the problem is that my back is broader as I have developed muscles from mountain biking so I look a bit mannish :( Bit concerned I am going to look like Lily Savage!

B: Muesli (50g) and plain yoghurt

L: Hoummus and salad sandwich (wholemeal)

D: Wholemeal spaghetti matriciana and a big side salad

    S: Skinny latte

Still going to keep trying to shift something before the weekend but I don't want to resort to crash dieting as I will put it all back on plus more. Been there, done that!

    Well done all :)

Thanks all :) It goes to show how much weight loss affects your fertility. We tried for nearly 2 years a few years back and got nowhere, this time we didn't try, but stopped not trying, and I fell within 3 cycles! Am looking forward to having a slim tum with a neat bump, as am a size 10 these days :)
