Hi all,
Didn't post much at the weekend as we went to a wedding on Saturday and got home at midnight then got up at 9am and went straight out cycling (4 miles) before going to Manchester for a curry. I was quite well behaved and had veg curry with boiled rice and a poppadom :A
Still getting on with it this week even though I am getting bored of food again. Must try some new recipes to jazz it up a bit
B: Muesli and skimmed milk
L: Lentil soup and 1 slice of wholemeal breadBaked haddock with HM potato wedges and mushy peas
S: Probably just an apple and some starberries
Have a fab week all X0 -
well done Marion :T:T:TDo what you love :happyhear0

the warts and all account of today:
small bowl dorset cereal
bowl of noodles and stirfry veg in chow mein sauce
handful raisinsspicy chicken roll and a large handful of yummy, wasabi roasted peas
2 1/2 slices buttered  white toast (omg it was god though)
1 leftover hm, low fat sausage

Well done Marion and Newlywed your loses are great!:j
I have been abit more upbeat today though very busy and work stressful as so much to do! The good news is my observed lesson went fab and I am officially excellent for another year! The bad news is my horemones are all over the place, middle of the month, and I have felt so hungry I thought my stomach was going to digest itself despite eating more than normal!
B porridge
L Fresh pineapple, cottage cheese and rice cakes (twice asmany as normal:o)
D HM chicken curry and rice.
The good news is dinner today was very OS, made with leftover roast chicken from yesterday and my first ever batch of HM stock. Is chicken stock high calorie, I took off the solid layer of fat when it was cooled? I ask because I only left out the gravy powder and replaced with stock and it tasted really good so I figure it must be really bad! Done 45 minutes of step ups on the wii whilst watching biggest loser, felt guilty for being lazy but very tired from work!

Morning all!
Yesterday went quite well only having what was on the plan (mostly free food) plus a few squares of choccy to get rid of it - managed two fairly long walks too so not completely inactive.
I also had an appointment at the family planning clinic and was told that my BMI was in the healthy range, my weight was fine and my blood pressure was a bit on the low side but nothing to worry about - was quite pleased with the general MOT!
Today's food will be...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - banana, satsumas, grapes, apple and small piece of cheese
D - either jacket potato and beans OR casear salad (needs using up) and a veggie garlic kiev
S - not sure but will make a sugar free jelly (found in the cupboard yesterday!)
Hope everyone has a good day!
Well done MummyRoo ! I'm retraining as a teacher strarting in Sept and love tohear about everyone's trials and tribulations in the classroom!0 -
Morning all,
Hoping for a good day today, also hoping that the box of muesli will be gone soon because I'm sick of it! Thats the last time I buy breakfast stuff in to suit other people, from now on they can have toast and HM jam like everyone else
B: Muesli and skimmed milk
L: HM Chana dalNot sure yet, depends what OH feels like making. Could be chicken zorba, prawn laksa, spaghetti matriciana, who knows?
S: Maybe a skinny latte as the weather is nice I might venture out for coffee
Have a fab day all X0 -
Oh no Rachel don't do it! Only kidding I love my job really, just too much of it atm!:D
I recon I must be carrying about half stone in extra fluid atm because my clothes all feel tight again despite still eating only 1200-1400 kcal and doing exercise. I hope it's horemonal! I finally got my appointment through for the recurrent miscarraige clinic 2 weeks on thursday so I know have a new deadline to lose as much weight as I can before going there. I really hoped to get to 12. 7 but not feeling hopeful now as weight stuck firmly at 12.12
today hopefully
B porridge
L chicken sandwich
D Quiche, salad and jacket pot
Good luck all!
