Well done Marion! :T
Had a rest day from exercise but did all my housework so that's kept me off the couch at least, off to draw a portrait for someone now so that'll be a few hours of not moving
Breakfast - Muesli and low fat yogurt
Snack - Dried apricots
Lunch - Japanese style tofu salad
Dinner - Veggie kiev with butterbean mash, carrots and brocolli
Might have some grapes later if I'm peckish
Hope everyone has had a nice bank holiday weekendReal stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time0 -
just done 3 hours of mountain biking :eek: ooh i'm going to regret it tomorrow!
3 hours? Dear god woman, I thought I was fairly fit but I feel like my bum is going to drop off after an hour! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Anyway, my chicken pie was a big hit. Not bad considering it used leftover chicken picked from the carcass and previously frozen, whoopsied puff pastry (20p), half a tin of sweetcorn that was languishing in the fridge and was served with broccoli, cabbage, cauli and a few new potatoes that have been there for over a week :eek:
Feels good using up all the bits of crap and making a great meal instead of throwing it out0 -
A great day today, eaten well, over an hour on the bike with DS on the back! That extra 32lb certainly made a difference!
B porridge
S fruit ( grapes, strawberries, apple amd blueberries)
L Snack a jacks, and cottage cheese
D Quiche, new potatoes, and lots of veg
Coming in at around 1000 cal today so a glass of wine and bannana for supper!!0 -
2 weetabix with milk
banana
beans on 2 slices nimble
chicken and salad wraps with sin free wedges
4 strawberries
2 jaffa cakes
mini mars bar
An hour in the gym doing all cardio as not much on class wise on bank holidays
But am hungry now and trying to distract myselfReal men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -
Not a good day to-day and I don't even have the excuse of a Bank Holiday.
Well done Marion and anyone else who has lost.
To-day's menu:
B....Apple;
Sn...2 slices bread and butter;
L.....4 slices bread and butter, 2 rashers, tea;
Sn...Banana;
D.....Spaghetti bolognese, 1 slice bread and butter, tea, 2 ginger biscuits;
Sn....Glass apple juice, handful dates.
Look at all that bread....disgusting isn't it?

Appalling day yesterday. Popped out for some sunshine and to take in some music at the bandstand. Took a bottle of wine and some beers with us, got caught in a thunderstorm, had to take refuge in seafood restaurant, ate potted shrimps with granary bread (yum) and garlic bread and chips. Then bought more alcohol and some cake on the way home.

Rainy rainy day today, this maybe it is Mother Natures way of telling me to take a day off walking and get some house work done instead (you don't seriously think I do both do you :rotfl:)!
I didn't post my days eating yesterday (forgot), but I made the most fabulous warm salmon potato salad - it was so yummy!:j Slice up some warm cooked jersey royals with some sliced hard boiled eggs and a couple of cooked salmon fillets, also put in chopped spring onions and chopped yellow pepper. Add some lowfat mayo, a tblsp of dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. With the salmon and potatoes still being warm it helps the mayo to go further so my measly couple of tblsp allowed in my syns allowance was adequate! It tasted so nice I ate the whole thing and felt stuffed - which meant I had no nibbles last night at all!:o:T

I`ve weighed in at the gym today and am pleased to say that I`ve lost 3lbs this week.
I haven`t been posting my meals on here but think that it`s a good idea.
I`m off to start work now. Will be back later to see how everyone else is doing.
Have a good day everyone.
