Good Morning everyone - a few of you are struggling lately - I think as the weather turns for the better it becomes more difficult to stick to a diet. Have a look at what you are eating and change it to a more summery plan. You have done well so far - so don't start slipping down that slope now!:D:eek:

I include myself in that lecture because although I have walked loads this week and I have stuck to the plan I have for the very first time had my full allotment of syns - and marked everyone down. I even flexible synned a couple of times and still wrote it down. (flexible syns for those of you who are not in SW is when you have a special occasion and know you are going to go over the limit of what you normally can have allows you to pick a number that you are going to go over by - for instance instead of your normal 15 syns you may plan to have 45:eek: - and as long as you mark it down and stay within what you planned you should in theory still lose weight!) Obviously you probably shouldn't be doing it more than once a week so the test will be in the weighing this morning - I will get back to you all later with that!

Walking yesterday - 7144 steps - feels good but I was awake most of the night with terrible crampy style pain in my right leg and foot:mad: Maybe I need to eat more bananas?

    Love
    Marion

Hugs to all of you that are finding it a bit hard at the moment! I certainly know how that feels, infact it is normally the story of my life! When trying to get remotivated I usually try to treat myself to a visit to the supermarket to look for yummy healthy food and treat myself to some low cal luxury foods that feels like a real treat, eg a lovely piece of sea bass or some fancy fruit salad! especially nice in the warm weather. The trick is just to go to the healthy food sections of the supermarket and don't stray anywhere else!, hope that helps someone.
Today I am fairly clueless about what to eat will be back on the porridge after my bacon sarnie slip up yesterday. Other than that I am having a day at home with DH and DS and planning a bike ride later. Food will probably be BBQ if the weather holds off.
    Have a lovely bank holiday!

Welcome to all the lovely newbies :j

Just managed to avoid going overboard on breakfast by following bowl of cereal with a butter and salmon pate-laden ricecake. It would have all been downhill from there I'm sure! Am sucking on a sugar-free chuppa chupp instead. Have had 2 good days with lots of walking and eating properly, so lets make it a third.

    B: fruit n fibre (300)

L: spicy butternut squash and sweet potato soup (200)

D: battered fish with sw chips and mushy peas (600)
2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher

    GOOD morning all!

That's great JoJob, i know the feeling of it all going downhill. Today I am facing temptation as I'm meeting my friend for a coffee and we are both food perverts so we are going for a look round the delis. Got no money so suppose that should sway me....
    So far today:
Breakfast - Pineapple, passionfruit and orange smoothie - 300
    Coffee - 100
Lunch - prob some nice deli samples, got to not get hysterical - 400-500
dinner - nice salad with nice fresh veggies - no salad cream for me...300

just got to stick to it!!have a lovely day today everyone and thanks for being so welcoming!:j

    Hi all,

Yesterday wasn't 100% but I didn't eat anything really crappy, just too much of the healthy stuff ;) Today will be better I hope as I am doing some cooking for the freezer so I will be too pre-occupied to snack

B: 2 wholemeal toast (dry) with HM apple ginger jam

    L: Falafel and salad sandwich

D: HM chicken pie with lots of veg

Probably won't have much more than that because of the pastry on the pie but might try and get out on my bike to offset some calories :)
