    Hi all
Can I join too please? I had a really bad shop changing room moment last week - if they want to sell any clothes you'd think they'd get some more flattering mirrors wouldn't you?:rotfl::rotfl:

Can anyone that's doing/ever done Slimming World tell me how many healthy extra's you can have per day. I though I might give their plan a go, but I do draw a line at some of their recipes. I'm kind of aiming to combine OS home cooked stuff with their veggie side. Not forgetting a bit of Paul McKenna and "Why French Women Don't Get Fat".

Hello and welcome! I do SW and the number of HE's you have depends on what sort of day you are on. If you are doing a Red or Green day then you can have 2 each of the A and B HE choices. If you are doing the Extra Easy plan (EE) then you only get 1 of each!

Evening all, welcome to the newbies :hello:

Managed the magic 10k steps today, I actually got to 11,090 in a 5 mile walk, I turned the pedometer off at home. I also got slightly burnt shoulders! I hate being this fair, I burn in any amount of sunlight it seems.

    Food has been/will be:

Breakast - Scrambled tofu with onion and tomato
    Lunch - Cheese toastie
    Snack - Mixed fruit salad
Dinner - HM nachos, tomato salsa, guacamole and vegan cheese, having a treat since I'm having a film night by myself :p

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend, see you all tomorrow!

Good Evening All and welcome to the other newbies.

What a lovely day I`ve had today.
Took part in Race for Life this morning. It was a fantastic atmosphere.
I entered with a group of family and friends and we had a nice 5k walk. We did it in under 1 hour.
Would be lovely to be able to jog or even run next time.
Still calorie counting and finding it much easier this time around. It does help that I`ve not started on a low level though.

Hope everyone is doing ok and enjoying the weekend.

Grateful (((HUGS))) from me too! Feel free to be as much of a wuss as you like!

Hi!! to all the newcomers!, I'm pretty new myself but everyone is fab so I feel like I'm at home already!

I've had another good day today, been at the seaside and been very active, running around with my toddler. Forgot to wear my pedometer so not sure how active.
B Bacon and tomato sandwich  Lovely but normally eat that many calories for breakfast and lunch!
L 1/2 Ham sandwich with a small slice of left over HM pizza and salad
D Small portion of pasta in a mushroon sauce

That puts me at 1250 cal today so hopeful to have still used more than eaten despite my bacon sarny treat!

Have even got into the habit of drinking water in the pub!

I've been in hiding, it's been a downward spiral for the last few days, just one bad thing after another and can't seem to stop!:o

I'm blaming time of the month as I do tend to get a bit 'sugar craving' a day or so before and for the first couple of days.

:T well done to all you losers and those giving it the best of effort, I need a big butt kick and unfortunately know I have quite a few nights out and meals out coming up over the next couple of weeks so it's going to be extra difficult, I shall look to you all for inspiration!
