Good Morning Everyone, had a busy day yesterday - Charlie in the park in the morning, then he had an appt at the groomers which took 2 hours so I met up with a couple of friends that live near the groomers and went for a huge long walk up hill and down hill - over 5000 steps on my pedometer just for that walk! I was exhausted mind you:D:rotfl: Then of course there was the evening walkies. So all in all a good day activity wise, which hopefully will make up for the 200g bag of licorice twists I somehow managed to nibble my way through last night!:o:mad:.
Today I will be going for training on the new computer system that will be used in the SW classes. I am the weigh in lady at our class so hence the training. Hopefully I will pick it up pretty quickly then plan to get some work done in the garden.
I will be eating this today (barring any more accidental sweet eating)
B - cereal, milk, berries
s - banana
L - toasted bacon, lettuce and tomato open sandwich
s - peach
D - pasta bake with mixed vegetables
