    Morning all !
Yesterday went to plan apart from a handful of fruit pastilles that OH bought me as a treat! At least it wasn't the family sized bag of chocs that he managed to scoff!
Feeling a bit more in control now I'm home and back in my routine again.
Its weigh in night tonight and I'm not looking forward to it - my scales say 1lb on but I never believe them and think it could be worse.

I've managed to not gain at all through the diet (have had my fair share of "stay the sames" though!) so it'll be disappointing to gain but I deserve it I suppose (flipping work and booze!).

    Back on track again today...

B - cereal (milk to dog) (B choice)
L - half tin of beans (free), 2 small slices of bread (B choice), banana, few grapes (both free)
D - 5 bean chilli (HM) (free) with a tiny bit of grated cheese melted on the top (A choice)
    S - 2 satsumas (free)

E - walking dog for an hour (10 mins, 40 mins, 15 mins)

Will let you know how the dreaded weigh in goes.
    Good luck to everyone else!

Been watching Paul McKenna on tv....seems so easy!

Zippychick....that's very little to have eaten....you ok?

Just wasn't hungry? :rotfl:I watched the PmCk show last night you watched - the americanised one. Much all the same stuff, but I find it helped keep me focused. Watching the biggest loser is also very much helping me push myself with exercise , hence getting up to so many skips last night. I think I have lost more weight already , i dunno, but I feel thinnner.

    Today

B - Slice white toast with dairylea mmmmmm
L - Smoothie throughout the day
D Egg and toast or something light

E - cycle 4 miles, hope to do some extra tonight. Will update later.

Good luck with the weigh in Rachel!

Still here doing the business. Decided against weighing for a while because I have great week then weigh myself and get all disheartened so I think its better just to stick with it and see how it goes :)

B: 50g natural muesli, 1 pot total 0% yoghurt and some sliced strawberries

L: Leftover scouse from the freezer

D: Something at Ikea so probably a sandwich as everything else is quite high and last time I had the pasta I had dodgy guts from it so I will steer clear of that one!

    S: Small skinny latte

Hope everyone is doing ok, my car is in for its MOT today so fingers crossed its OK :)

I see that you cycle 4 miles- Is that a real struggle?

I've just got an exercise bike (not a real one like you lol) but don't know what target to set myself?

    Anyone else have any advice?!?
