Weigh in today and I've stayed the same (well lost 3ozs but I only count it if I go into a different 'pound' bracket)
If I'm honest I should be damn thankful I didn't put any on as I've not been great this week though I am noticing how I think I've been very bad because I've had little treats but when its balanced out with the rest of the week I suppose it's not really 'bad' just 'normal'!
Didn't do very well with the running training program....went out the first time on Tues night and didn't go out again til last night. Still couldn't manage to do all the run sections so I'm going to be taking longer than 9 weeks to run 5K!!
Food yesterday was dodgy as got hungry late at night and ate some baked crisp things with salsa (again in comparisson to what I would have eaten before probably a 'healthy' option!)
Today plan is for:
B~ bran flakes with banana (eaten already)
L~1 slice toast with scrambled egg
D~ chicken stir fry using left over roast chicken from yesterday.0 -
Hi Everyone and Welcome to Mommyroo!
I am delighted to report a 2 lb weight gain this week!:D I am well impressed because I thought it would be a lot more than that! I guess the walking really did offset the eating and drinking - must remember that for future holidays:beer::j;)
Today I am having:
B - puffed wheat mixed with raspberries and mullerlight yogurt
s - banana
L - HM chilli with jacket potatoes
s - scan bran and berries with quark/yogurt mix
D - baked fish and vegetable rice
s - undecided between chocolate or wine - one or the other!
Have a good day everyone
Love

Hi all and thanks for the welcome. I've had mixed day today, fed up as I have a dodgy knee which I twisted out walking last week and then foolishly jogged through the pain
on my wii fit last week thinking it was only a slight strain! Now hurts like crazy so off to docs for me tomorrow! This means I haven't been able to exercise. Food wise I have done ok today
B Porridge
L 1 very small bacon sandwich (free at work, someones birthday I couldn't refuse :embarasse)
S banana and 2 corn cakes
D 2 HM chicken fajitas (low fat creme fraiche and no cheese) and a mountain of lettuce and cucumber.
So food wise only at 1100 to 1200 cal so far, umm might mean a glass of wine is in order tonight to numb the pain in my knee!0 -
evening!
welcome to Mummyroo:hello:
Marion - well done for only gaining 2lb after New York!:T

L - jacket spud,beans and a bit of cheese
S - ryvita dunker and yoghurt
D - salmon fishcake, rustic chips and peas.
been working hard all weekend but got 2 days off now xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
