    Today I had:

Breakfast: Porridge with skimmed milk and banana. Small berry filo pastry.
    Snack: Banana
Lunch: Beef salad with a spoonful of potato salad.
    S. Apple, 6 liquoice allsorts and a small berry filo pastry.
    D. 2 plain pancakes and one with a small amount of cheese and tomato.
    S. Apple

Exercise: two thirds of a mile run, walked 3 miles, 1 hour on the stepper.
Weighed myself today and I lost 1lb which I'm happy with as I have been pigging.

Well done thriftlady and Rachel! :j

Think I may weigh in today instead of tomorrow as getting impatient. :D Feel like I've done ok this week but still could have done better. OH on the other hand is ecstatic and can't wait to get on the scales just because he only drank for 2 nights this week and only had one massive bar of chocolate lol. Oh dear, he's got a lot to learn. ;) We've certainly be more restrained than normal though so I hope it shows on the scales. Not got much exercise though, due to weather being carp. At least that gives us something new to aim at next week.

Breakfast: cereal and activia yoghurt (400 cals)

Lunch: smoked mackerel and roasted half bell pepper (400)

Dinner: baked potato, tuna and sweetcorn mayo with salad (500)

morning!had a sneaky weigh before tomorrows WI and i had put on 1ib :( am hoping its just water and i must try extra hard today. i felt ok before i weighed but instantly felt like a whale afterwards..how silly is that!! silly work post again so sorry. today looks a bit like this: 1 slice wm toast and 2 small sesame bisuits, chicken and veg fajhita and a small bag dried fruit. dinner will be teriyaki king prawn and veg stirfry with veg and probably a square of chocolate afterwards. i have to be good because my motivation will struggle to cope with a gain (i may need a big kick if that is the case) .have a good day. vix x

    Where is everyone?

Odddddd day today. Cleaned all day and only had a smoothie and the snacks listed and didnt get hungry until 715 tonight ! ! ! DInner was gorgeous and half the size portion of spag bol i "used" to eat - as i measure 3 soup ladels full . WOuld usually heap spaghetti on and garlic bread - amazed at my "appetite", especially after doing so much physical in one day. .The body is an amazing thing. Eek:eek:, I am becoming one of those people who put "These" around every word.:rotfl:

B Smoothie - 50g oats instead of 40 as cleaning day . Mixed berries, banana, LF natural yoghurt and splish of milk
L few mouthfuls of couscous ? 3 forkfuls then realised I Wasn't hungry.
D Spag bol - 1.5 ladels full and couple small slices HM garlic toasties cut from muffin size bread. (no spaghetti). Small shaving of cheese (didn't eat the usual few lumps while cutting) .
    Sgrapes, 3 dates,
E Cleaning 5.5 hours, walk home - 24 mins walk

Note - bought frozen beries last night and put a split container in the fridge - one side had the measured oats and a teaspoon of oatbran, other side was berries defrosting. Less measuring in the morning.

Once i lose 5lbs more, I will be in a new stone I've not been in , in about 3 years. Bring it on.

    Well done zippychick! :j

Managed another day eating quite well, hopefully tomorrow's weigh-in will be good. If not I will be gutted! But also know where I can improve. Fingers crossed. :D

Well done Zippychick. I've found that I also eat half of what I used to eat when I'm in tune with my stomach.

    B. Porridge, skimmed milk and banana.
    L. One and a half small rounds of ham and cucumber sandwiches
    S. Raw onion and a third of a bun (I was hungry so I bought a cheese and onion bun but my daughter wanted the cheese, so I was left with the onion and bun which she then wanted to give to the ducks). 1 bag of 99 calories salt and vinegar twist crisps. 1 jam doughnut.
    D. Noodles, Quorn, carrot and pepper sweet and sour stirfry.
    S. One 0% Greek yoghurt with a Del Monte fruit salad in juice.

Exercise: Walked 4 miles, run quarter of a mile uphill with shopping.
