Not sure about today
B/L~ soda farl with sweet chilli hummus (?sp) salad and chicken pieces.
S~ skinny latte, sugar snap peas dipped in more sweet chilli hummus (it really is damn delicious!) An apple.
D~pitta bread with (you guessed it!) sweet chilli hummus, salad and chicken pieces, more sugarsnap peas in more hummus!! :rotfl:Few spoonfuls of fat free strawberry yoghurt.
(can you tell I did shopping and the hummus needed to be eaten!!)
Also had a (very small) piece of sponge cake topped with cream and strawberries. It was very small (about an inch square) and was made by one of my patients who makes the lightest, fluffiest sponge ever so had to try it!:o
Was short staffed in work (what a surprise) so had 2 very short (15min) breaks during the 10hr shift hence why I didn't really have enough time to eat properly. I ended up not eating much (am now hungry) but did manage to finish the tub of hummus which means I've ate it all over the course of 2 days.:o
Really hoping for a dry day tomorrow, weather is horrible and I want to get out for a walk/run now my legs have recovered enough to even attempt it!0 -
big well done to zippy and the other losers!:d0

I haven't been on for a few days, it's been crazy - the kids have a better social life than me! Anyway eating is going fine, I have lost 2lbs this week so that is 1 stone in 3 weeks which I am very happy about.
I have even allowed myself a few treats like ice cream or biscuits - i'm just careful on the portion size. Have a great day everyone.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Quick posting before I get stuck into the laundry and sorting out the house. I am back from my trip to New York - it was fabulous, I know it is a cliche - but I LOVE NEW YORK!!!:j:j:beer:
I did eat almost everything you can think of although I did walk miles too. Actually that would be one of my critisisms on NYC - there are no benches or places to sit - even in the tourist areas! Even a lot of deli's and cafes people order their food and eat standing up! My legs were aching a lot - I had bought a pedometer to track my steps over there. It worked fine here, but as soon as I arrived in NYC it reset itself back to 0 - and wouldn't move. When I got back to the UK it started working again:mad: So I don't know how many steps I was doing. The last couple of days over here I was doing over 6,000 so I reckon over there I was easily doing 3 times that if not more - a lot of walking!!
Looking forward to weigh in on Monday, I will read through the thread from when I left over the weekend - thats 10 days I have to catch up on!
Hope everyone has been well.
Love

Well done KJM:j:j:j That's really impressive loss.
Last night i had my first pack of crisps since Monday. It took me 20 minutes, and I couldn't finish the packet, totally amazed, so much so , I even text my Mum to tell her (who was equally amazed). I was just too full. I eat after knowing I was full and they just weren't as nice. I can glady go without crisps now for another few days but I will just see what I fancy and if I want some, I will have some.!:p
I have saved my daily foods on a word doc from here, and when I look back, Last Thursday I wasn't in control as My Mum had brought all this Marks food and i literally had about 3 plastic bowls of crisps before dinner. I have never been able to stop myself eating them. My Mum was even telling my brother to eat some before I eat them all. Amazing.
Rachel, I am glad someone else has noticed such a difference in appetite. It is Money saving too! That portion of bolognese would have been one meal, but it was last nights dinner, and todays dinner so two meals for the price of one! woo hoo! :rotfl::o
Today
Late brekkie - one HM toast one egg
Lunch remainder of bolognese - not sure what with.
Heading out today to a music gig so I have no idea how the day will pan out, but I do know cider will be involved! Will update tomoro.
Last night I also did 25 mins on pilates machine which was great. Going to try that most days as I can really feel it working on my stomach. Knowing my luck , once I start to gain the benefits, my Mum will want it back (as it's only on lend)!A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
