Oh dear the old "how often to weigh?" dilema

Well, I weighed myself this morning after swearing blind not to hop on again til 1st June, and guess what? Hadn't lost a single thing since last week and felt SO peed off with myself! COS I'VE BEEN SO GOOD! Bloody scales.

RS, Rockie, Tappy and Gran will be along in a mo to say "step away from the scales, Frogga!" just you wait and see  I know they are right. I was tempted on because I felt SO much thinner! and now I feel the size of a hippo :o a big fat green hippo ;)

Anyway, I'm trying very hard not to be childish and have a paddy about it and just get on with it. So no stuffing for me. I even had to go to Tesco but didn't buy bingey food so that's progress aint it?

Only 3 more weeks til weigh day, so keep going little green frog :D

I've lost 4lbs, woohoo! I guess it was just ttotm getting in the way. So that is 12lbs in 15 days. I am very very happy with that, my legs ache a bit from the exercise last night though.
    Have a fab day everyone.

Wow kjmtidea, that's an amazing loss! Well done!

Morning all. Feeling good and positive today. Things feel different now OH has been shocked into getting with the program so a few things I was finding difficult (like turning down booze he brings home) may not be as much of an issue now.

OMG, sounds stupid but I only checked yesterday how many calories olive oil has in it. I knew it was a lot but not that much! Keep thinking of my "small" glug I put over roasted veggies etc thinking I was being dead healthy. :o I got some of the spray fillipo berrio stuff yesterday in the abscence of any frylite so that will have to do for now.

Has anyone tried the new Quorn tikka fillet bites? They are lush and only 69 calories for half a pack. Good for summer and salads etc.

Breakfast: small banana, loads of water! (100)

    snack: melon and grapes (100)

    Lunch: mushroom soup (300)

Dinner: roast veg mash, gravy, yorkshire pud (400)

    snack: activia yoghurt (120)

JoJoB I have only tried the quorn sausages, I will look out for the other things they do next time I'm at Tesco.

    Todays food:
    Shreddies with semi skimmed milk
A handful of nuts and raisins
Linseed wrap with spinach, tomato, cucumber and a little light mayo.
    Muller light
Dinner will be Tacos with a big salad.
