Hya folks, not posted for a while, but have been lurking and catching up with all the posts in the past week.
After being stuck for a few weeks I am pleased to report a 2 pounds loss this week, at last!:j
I am on as close to zero fat eating regime at the moment and had hoped that the weight would drop off, instead it crept up 4 pounds, but is at last on the downward direction.
I have done a bit more exercise than I have been able of late but my back is still quite painful as soon as I do too much. I might do some walking with OH this weekend, just incase I have an urge to do too much ( a tendancy of mine !). I will also try and see if I can now sit on our exercise bike and get some miles in.
Great to see there are many good losses in the past few weeks, for those who haven't managed any yet, just stick at it and it will come. I find I really need to do some form of exercise as well as changing my diet. As I am quite restricted to what I can do at the moment I just try and do what I can do a few more times than I would normally do.
Today I am sorting out all my cookbooks. OH took them off the shelves (two wide ones) and dumped them on the dining table this morning so I have to sort them out by tea!
This sorting is in preparation of getting a new kitchen, I have waited 13 years for this...and I am starting to get quite excited!!!!! We have decided on an Ikea kitchen as ours is quite an odd shaped room with three doors, a chimney and a wide window. The Ikea units fit the room best, and are by far the cheapest! I did have a few months of trawling eBay for units, but didn't find anything suitable, but we are getting our vinyl flooring from there!
Must stop and make my lunch, oh food for today:
B: HM porridge made with water, sk milk and raisins with a bit of sugar added; OJ
L: 4 fish sticks mixed with drained yog and some far free dressing served on a saladHM fish & chips (!): Pollack fish covered in flour, egg and HM breadcrumbs, then dry-fried; oven chips made without fat, but using stock; veg
S: HM fat-free tea bread; Oranges, apple or banana; SF jelly if I get around to making some!
Have a great day and enjoy your weekend.

Well I had salmon, potatoes and veg for dinner. I was looking forward to weighing myself in the morning but now I am really bloated and feeling a bit rubbish because it's that wonderful time of the month. If I have put on weight then I won't be happy!Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0

I've stayed the same, I am absolutely gutted because I have tried so hard. I really felt like I had lost weight up until yesterday when my stupid period turned up.
My boyfriend weighs himself tomorrow and I just know that he has lost loads, pah! what a rubbish start to the day.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Gutted, thats how I feel today. What else do I have to do to lose a pound
I stayed the same again for the 4th week in a row. I am 5 feet 9, 12st 2, 31 years of age and lightly active so at 1500 cals I should be losing 1.5lb a week. I am absolutely religious about weighing things and counting everything but I am completely stuck at this weight which is actually a BMI of 25.1 so I am still classed as overweight :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Feel like giving up, really I do. I am also stuck between clothes sizes so I am neither a 14 or 12 in casual clothes so nothing fits properly.I know its a slow process but this is stagnant!
Food for today will probably end up being rubbish as I am self destructive when I feel like this but we'll see.
B/L: Grilled bacon sandwich (fat cut off) with hot pepper sauceWagamama vegetarian ramen
S: Small skinny latte
Probably some red wine later, I don't normally drink but I am feeling the need0 -

L - ryvitas with cottage cheese and grapes, apple.

we're off to Asda later to stock up the cupboards. Have a great weekend all xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Morning all!
Zippychick - "milk to dog" means that I scoop my cereal out of the milk and eat it and leave the milk to give to the dog - can't stand milk but can't eat dry cereal IYKWIM! Its part of the daily routine now and the dog sits patiently waiting for his milk and chewy biscuit breakfast every day before work now!
!

Well done vixtress!
Have been rubbish the last few days - lots of walks, but all ending up in beer gardens for pub lunches and alcamahol.
So weighed myself today at Boots, and was back to square one unsuprisingly. Was prepared for it though so not feeling too disappointed. Am 13 stone 9lb - been yo-yoing between this and 12 st 5lb for the last 5 months!
But on a positive note, OH bit the bullet and jumped on the scales after me (the nagging worked!). He went white as a sheet and has been in total shock ever since. He won't tell me the figure but I reckon over 20 stone. So looks like he is now on board with the health n fitness programme. Poor man, don't think he realised just how all the booze was piling it on. Really glad he is now motivated to do something about it.
But today is his birthday so we will start tomorrow.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0
