I am being seriously off and on atm and need to get focus and commit to the journey again. I keep deitng for a week or 2 and then slip and am off all week. I know that I should just ignore the occasional slip, I just struggle. At least atm I am almost mantaining in my slips, which is better than ever before! Will commit today, may find it hard as it is Friday and there is something about re starting on Mondays!

    Morning all!

Zippychick - "milk to dog" means that I scoop my cereal out of the milk and eat it and leave the milk to give to the dog - can't stand milk but can't eat dry cereal IYKWIM! Its part of the daily routine now and the dog sits patiently waiting for his milk and chewy biscuit breakfast every day before work now!

Yesterday as expected apart from a HM oaty biscuit in the evening. I hadn't used up my syns for the day so it was probably OK overall.

    Today's food....

B - cereal (milk to dog!)
L - supernoodles pot, banana and satsuma
D - jacket spud, beans and cheese
S - none planned but I'm sure a little one will creep in somewhere!

E - walk my dog for about an hour (split over a few walks, 15 mins, 40 mins, 10 mins) and then walk Scooby the Great Dane for about 40 mins.

That's it for today - have a good one!

    Hi Guys

I am new to this thread but not new to dieting i am a ww yoyo this time i had an excuse ...............

I have been sedentary whilst off work sick due to a degenerative neck/shoulder/arm problem which has now improved slightly

Am getting out and about more and doing light exercise but have put on 3 st

I refuse to pay to go to classes this time and have bought some posh scales instead (with cashback vouchers)

I have been following the ww plan loosely for a week and lost 3lbs

Am looking for meal ideas and recipes and lots of support...

Off to read the rest of thread but wanted to say hi first

Well done on the losses everyone :j. I am looking forward to weighing myself in the morning.

I could only manage 15 minutes of jogging last night because my legs were hurting so much, a bit annoying because I know I can do 30 minutes so I did some other exercises instead.

Today I have had a banana and muller light for breakfast.
Lunch will be poached eggs on toast I think.
Not sure what to do for dinner, I am getting bored so I need to find some new recipes.

    Hi all,

All is well with no slip ups and getting a bit more variety for breakfast and lunch but within reason as I have stuff to use up as well :)

    B: 2 wholemeal toast (dry)

L: Leftover scouse, last one from the freezer so I can make lots of different soups at the weekend

D: King prawn laksa with raw courgette and carrot ribbon salad and light satay dressing

S: Small skinny latte and an apple

Well done to the losers, some good ones this week :) Keep it up!
