Hi all, back to work today so having a proper "go of it" from today. also started listening to Paul McKenna today. It has helped me realised I am an emotional eater I think so I need to break that habit.
Today, in my little lunch bag I have
B - Oats, chopped apricot, dry cranberries and figs with mik. Yummy and filling. Check me out, breakfast! lattee with no sugar
L - HM brown bread with Corrie chicken made with two teasp light mayo. Sliced tomato and a shaving of cheese with sandwich (delicious, yum). Also Yoplait strawb yog
D - Dont know. Mother is bringing something "relatively healthy" from Markies for dinner to save me cooking. Goodness knows
S - Have a banana and apple with me.
not sure if I am contradiciting myself as I am making a conscious effort to opt for healthier foods and try different things - like my exotic muesli. Wondering if this contradicts Paul McKenna or is it ok? Also feeling guilty for having a lattee made with Semi sk milk. Is this really bad? isn't it just milk with bubbles? Guess i need to stop obsessing what is right or wrong and just follow PMcks advice
E - Cycle to and from work. May squeeze a walk in tonight or some tone exercises. Had debated going to a boxercise class every Wed, but have decided I am going to design my own circuit in the house (lol). Ill just make sure the curtains are closed.
Anyone want to join in on Wednesday circuits?A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Hello Zippychick I follow Paul McKenna and eat as healthily as I can but if I fancy a bit of cake then I have some and not feel guilty about it.0

Feeling very tired today, might do something different exercise wise rather than jogging tonight. Hope everyone is okay today.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Afternoon everyone
B - 1 wheetabix with semi skimmed milk, 10 grapes.
L - small can of baked beans on a slice of toast.
D - Minestrone soup (hopefully without bread!)
I'm going to Paris in 17 days, so I want to lose at least 4lbs by then, I can hope right?Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Today I had:
B. Porridge with semi-skimmed milk and banana
S. Banana and pear
L. Noodles with tuna, cheese, peas and sweetcorn
S. 2 apples
D. Quinoa with sweet and sour quorn. I over ate my dinner so unless I get exceptionally hungry I won't be having a snack this evening.
Exercise: Today was a rest day but I did put the hoover round and take my daughter to and from nursery. The nursery is about a mile away.0
