I have been looking through what everyone has eaten today and I seem to eat a lot more than most of you, now I'm a bit worried! Hayley

Hi Hayley! I have a rather healthy appetite too - you can lose weight and eat lots - as long as its healthy food at regular intervals.:)

Vixtress - I'm a picker too so you're not alone!;)

I think you're right, I have just added my calories up for the day and it is under 1200 and I felt like I had eaten loads but am hungry now. Tomorrow I will try to have a snack mid morning and afternoon and hopefully that will help.

He he, white sauce I can manage, soft boiled egg is that matrix of cooking for me. Omelettes a bit of a mystery too! I feel deprived now i didn't have eggs so might need a nibble!

    Zippy are you me?????:rotfl:
30yrs old, live in Belfast, makes a great white sauce but can't boil an egg?! I have actually posted a thread on another forum "how do I boil an egg?" I got about 20different replys and still haven't managed a perfect one! :o

Today went a bit belly up (and what a big belly I have!!) could have been worse and since I'm hungry now I think it might go downhill!

B~ cheap red berry flakes and banana
L~ ehhhhh that'll be nothing then except a skinny latte and half a strawberry iced cupcake (shared with DD)
D~beef and mushroom stirfry (more mushroom than beef as DD and Oh won't eat mushrooms so had to pick the beef out for them!) with noodles.

S~ Go Ahead biscuit/cracker thing. 2 (yes restricted to 2) toffee crisps mini clusters.

Floyd, you are so right, when I started this all last Feb I was wearing size 26 jeans  I ordered new ones that arrived on Fri and are an easy size 18, actually feeling a bit baggy after wearing them! :D

pnq~ I'm glad I'm not the only foolish woman here! Dreading work tomorrow as can't bear to put shoes on!:o (did laugh at your story though!)

    Morning all :)

Still bumbling along, feel better today as some of my TOTM bloat has gone so maybe I can at least get down by a pound this week ;)

B: Special K and skimmed milk (box finished now so I can have some variety this week

L: Leftover chickpea and cauli curry (no rice or bread)

D: Again no idea, OH's call, I really need to write a menu plan as we are not planning anything very well and I usually end up having problems if I don't know what to allow for in the evening.

S: A small skinny latte and an apple

    Hope everyone is OK, :)
