    Enjoy your holiday RetiredLady,
Congratulations to all who have lost anything.
    Menu today:

    B/L...large toasted ham, salami and cheese sandwich, tea;
D......Small helping boiled rice and Szechuan veggies, mini Marathon choc ice

Not so bad maybe but then DD came in and handed me most of a 215g packet of fruit pastilles....AND I ATE THEM ALL! How do you think of that for being a stupid ***ch?

Must get up early to-morrow and have a proper breakfast.

Have a great holiday RetiredLady. Congratulations to all those who lost weight.

    Today I had:

    B. Porridge with semi-skimmed milk and two mini boxes of raisins.
    S. Apple.
    L. Cheese, cucumber and walnut sandwich with beetroot and cherry tomatoes.
    S. 2 Apples.
    D. 2 pancakes with lemon and sugar and one with chocolate spread (I was going to have one sweet and one savory but my daughter didn't want her pancake and to stop a lecture from my husband about waste, I ate it)
    S. Banana.

Exercise: 5 mile walk interspersed with a half mile and a two thirds of a mile run.

Morning all - yesterday was better but not perfect.

Will try harder today - its easier when I'm in work as there's a routine to follow and no opportunity for picking at things.

    Today's food will be....

B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - low fat supernoodles pot, grapes and satsuma
D - jacket spud, beans and a tiny bit of grated cheese
    S - banana

E - walking the dog in the rain for about 1 hr (split into a couple of walks)

Its the dreaded SW WI today (5pm) so fingers crossed for only a small gain not a giant one - it will definitely be a gain!

    Morning All,

I've strayed away since Friday- Well sort of , I've popped onto see how everyone is doing but just haven't posted...

Well I've been fairly good. Was out and about on Saturday and got a jacket potato with beans on the go which I wasn't very happy about- I know its not overly bad for you but boy did I feel bloated after and I couldn't even finish it all so I was pleased about that :j

    Yesterday I was good.

    And today I will have-

    B: Musli
L: Salad in a wholemeal pitta with hummus
D: Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, swede and a yorkshire pudding.
S: Apple, grapes and a kiwi (or 2!)

Well Done to all the losers- Hugs to all those that need them- We CAN do this!!!!

Forgive me fellow MSEr's for I have sinned!:o

After drinking on Thurs night, did OK Fri in work, Sat was ok till I took a notion for something 'tasty', resisted a takeaway but bought one of those (very unfrugal) 'takeaways in a bag' from Asda....got home and hubs says he has already eaten cos he was off out! DD is a bit young for tikka massala so ended up eating the bahjis and samosas with lots of lovely dips!
Sunday was out with the girls for lunch and I had full 3 course dinner (deep fried brie wedge, roast chicken dinner and banoffee for desert) all washed down with another 10drinks! (insert crying on knees smilie here!)

I weighed yesterday morning and it wasn't pretty! 2lbs ON this week!!:eek::eek:

Sooooooo, thought what the hell and ate the Indian meal last night for tea but have started again today. Ordered some running shoes last night (cheap on sports direct) and have downloaded my couch to 5K run podcasts. Just have to wait on trainers arriving and my huge blister healing (mental note not to drunkenly walk in shoes only meant for decorative purposes!)

    Today..
B~red berry flake cereal (the cheap version!)
    L~salad and bagel
D~stir fry beef in oyster sauce with boiled rice.

Hope you are all well, this thread has moved fast from I was last on so apologies if I'm ignoring people! :o

    Today -

B/L [STRIKE]Soft boiled egg x2 on[/STRIKE] HM brown toast (hopefully soft boiled!) (wrecked the eggs and took out too early, how can i be 30 and not soft boil an egg?)sd2.gif
Dinner - HM irish stew drooling-2.gif
Snacks - banana and apple and maybe a 25g bag of crisps.

Don't think i am doing any official exercise today, but am doing more clearing round the house so a bit active anyway. rain.gif

Mmmmmm Beccam I LOVE those asda indian takeaways in a bag- In fact we were getting them so often that we now know all the staff on the counter and often got free snacks :o
I remember wearing a drop dead gorgeous pair of shoes back in my "clubbing days" and suffering from terrible blisters afterwards but I was a bit more concerned at thinking I had broken my thumb so off I went to the doctors only for her to be more concerned at my blisters which she described as the worst she had ever seen :o I was given a week of anti b's and painkillers... As well as being sent for a scan for my thumb (which was broken :o). Funny thing was, I've had a lot worse blisters than that :o :rotfl: The things we ladies do to look and feel nice hey  :D
