Well the day has got better as the day has gone on. Made cheesey biscuits with my daughter this morning and I lost count the amount I ate.

    B. a bowl of Cheerios (I think porridge is more filling and will be sticking to that in future)
    S. Cheesey biscuits (cheese straws)
    L. 3 eighth slices of mixed pepper pizza
    S. Apple and cherry tomatoes
    D. 1 slice of roast pork, crackling, jacket potato, green beans and carrots with gravy.

Exercise: 2 hours on the stepper.

Well I stuck with my plan for breakfast and had a veggie noodle dish in Wagamama and didn't have any booze. I did however have quite alot of Minstrels while watching a film but I've got it out of my system now.

OH also bought me a lovely jacket to cheer me up so I am doing my best to stay positive about how the next week will go.

If I lose great, if I don't, at least its not a gain ;)

    Today

one half slice Hm toast, half tin beans, shaving of cheese, cup of tea
    banana
Mug of HM spinach veg soup
    8 dates
Steak, 2 tbsp cheese sauce, 2 small potatoes and 2 bits of asparagus
    20g chocolate melted dipped in 6 strawberries (drooling-2.gif) and 20 g crisps

Very nervous about this paul mckenna, cant seem to not feel guilty about eating "bad stuff!" . I have never calorie counted, so i dont even know how many calories that is or if its horrendous but its sure lesser portions than i would have eat. I cooked 4 pots and 4 aspar and heaps more cheese sauce, but just started with 2 of each and was enough. So thats a bonus, I ate heaps less junk food than i normally would have and enjoyed all bite today thoroughty. The strawbs prob the highlight of the day, chocolate was still damp and hadnt set. Arrrggggggg drool.

E - cycle up to shops and cleaning 2 hours ish

Hi all, been away for a few days, will need to spend some time catching up on posts in a bit. Been really good over the last few days, I've begun following something that Taplady posted on another thread to help me count some calories, very useful, so I feel I've been doing better organising my food now! The sad thing is I'm actually quite enjoying being so pedantic :p Congrats to any losers and I have missed and *hugs* to anyone who needs them.

    Today has been/will be:

Breakfast - WM toast light soft cheese
Lunch - Leftover curried Tofu from last night
Dinner - OH having a roast so I'll be having a HM giant yorkie with vegetables and veggie gravy.
Snacks - Peach, banana, strawberry and apple smoothie.

Going to do half an hour on the Wii and hopefully some cycling later, have a nice day everyone

Well I weighed myself on the wii this morning and although my bmi had gone down by 0.04 it didn't change my weight. I have decided to weigh myself everyday, I know it is not recommended but I need to check that I haven't gained to motivate myself.

    Anyway food:
Shreddies with semi skimmed milk, muller light and satsuma (I was really hungry today!)
    Cheese and cucumber sandwich, satsuma.
Dinner will be something with sausages, found some really nice ones that have half the calories of tesco finest ones.

I will be doing another 30 minutes on my wii fitness coach tonight.

kjmtidea - I used to weigh myself every day on the wii, I got mine four months ago, and for the whole 2 months I weighed myself every day I would go down a pound one day, to go up a pound the next and then losing two the next, it was very confusing and disheartening especially on the days I had thought i'd been good and gained a pound, and the days i'd been bad and actually lost  It doesn't count half pounds etc so you my have lost a half but it just doesnt say.

I also have days where my BMI has increased a tiny amount, it says I haven't gained any weight but when I go to check the graph it has added another pound on. It's a very nice tool but it does seem to have a few problems with it. My boyfriend would agree as at his work they're just completing "The Biggest Loser" game for the Wii and he hated working with the balance board :p

Anyway I'm off now, must stop wasting time and actually get to some exercise.
