*Peers over frogga's shoulder at scales*

Started badly yesterday, found 3 slices of weightwatcher carrot cake in fridge and had those with sugary tea. Then pulled self together and was reasonably restrained the rest of the day and got my 10,000 steps in. This horrid throaty chesty lurgy has still not lifted which is making things difficult. Bah!

Breakfast: an apple so far, nothing else breakfasty in. Will have some melon and grapes a bit later.

    Lunch: soup

dinner: veggie sausages, swede/potato/sweet potato and butternut mash with broccoli and yorkshire pud.

....just remember before you weigh and have a hizzy fit that anything over 8 lbs is SPLENDIFEROUS and that any loss at all is great....right???

Hmmmmm, well I wasn't 9st :o I was 16st 6lb. SO that's 8lb off. I know, I know I should be chuffed because "any loss is a loss blah, blah, blah,..." and last night I said to RS that I would be thrilled to be 16 1/2, but I'm not! I was lying! I thought I'd easily be 16st!!!

SO a cross Frog is hopping off to work this morning and sending a warning to all you 20somethings that loose a stone each time you empty your bowels ~ it doesn't last! Wait til you're 30something to loose your weight and it will be twice as difficult

    hop, hop, hop

Morning everyone, am off to the Dr's in a minute with my list of things I would like him to sort out. He is only a young lad - feel sorry for him!

    Today I am having:

B - scan bran with blackberries and yogurt
    s - banana and orange
L - something involving cooked chicken - my husband came home with 5 cooked chickens from Tesco last night as they are on special offer for £2.00 each:eek: Spent most of the evening stripping the carcasses and trying to find room to cram the meat and bones for stock into my overburdened freezers:rotfl: I did thank him nicely though - must encourage him when he does stuff like that - more likely to get a repeat performance in the future:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:!
    s - fruit
D - As tempting as it is to serve him chicken again tonight it will be a pork goulash with mashed swede and carrots.

Have a wonderful day - it is bright and sunny already:T:T

    Love
    Marion

well done frogga:T what an impatient frog you are - 8lbs is great!

    well done vixtress!:T

had a lovely meal out last night - didn't finish it or the pud - too full. Today I'm back on track to lose the 2lbs I put on last week.
Not done a plan yet as I'm shopping later but I've had spaghetti on toast for breakfast. I'm off to the dentist later plus getting my blood results.

Marion - good luck at the docs!

    have a great day all - I'm off for a week now:j

Good results at the Dr's:T:T:j:beer: He has put me back on my original pills plus given me a prescription for support stocking to wear on my flight to New York next week. I am a happy bunny!

Hope the dentist is gentle with you and the results from your blood tests are what you are hoping for. Yay to a week off - enjoy yourself!

    Love

    Oh poo!!!
I just wrote a massive long post about how I feel better and seem to be back in the right frame of mind and it disappeared:mad::mad:

Never mind the crux of it was I had a better day yesterday - 11 syns - and no cheating and feel more in control.

    Today's food will be...

B - cereal (milk to dog) (B choice)
L - don't know yet, whatever I pick up at the shops at lunchtime
D - chick pea dahl and boiled rice (all free on green day)
S - pickled onion monster munch (5.5 syns) - they were in the cupboard and I won't be happy until they're gone!

    Have a good day!

    L- Leftover chicken/bacon pasta.
D- Jacket potato with tuna and salad.
S- Hopefully just a muller light.

Well done Vixtress and Frogga! :T
