Ill give that a go then NW when I am back to work. What size quantity? 30g? If anyone can help with smoothie etc advice that would be great. Ill do a search too. Thanks so far , the support here is great, thanks so much.

30g of oats if you're a pigeon maybe :o I usually do 45-50g depending on how hungry I feel, plus a bit of runny honey and a chopped nana on top (I do that in the morning though as I'm a bit fussy about browned banana :o)

    Hi again!

Newlywed - I'd put the old battery back in!:D

    welcome to zippy!:hello:

just got back from the training course and trying not to eat before I go out tonight. I get my blood test results tomorrow - hope something shows up to explain why I've been feeling off.

My sister reported bad tummy troubles on the Orlistat pills the other day but admitted that she had had a biscuit or 2:rolleyes: but luckily its settled down now.

Good luck for tomorrows weigh in Frogga!

Welcome Zippy! I work in a smoothie bar so if you have any questions or need any "recipes" just ask :p Freezing them then leaving to defrost over night will be absolutely fine. Not sure about ones with yogurt and milk though, might try an experiment for you next time I'm at work and let you know :p Try some oats in a smoothie too, really filling! So you can have a combined smoothie and oaty breakfast ;) I love having them purely because I don't like eating fruit and can sneak 5 portions of fruit and veg into a big one. Too filling in one go though and it usually takes me all day to drink.

    Food for today:
    Breakfast - 2 slices toast
    Lunch - Feta cheese salad
    Dinner - Omelette with veggies
Snacks - Mid afternoon smoothie, mango, papaya, pineapple and orange

Have guests arriving tomorrow so food will go downhill until sunday :o Hope everyone is having a good day!
