i bought a bag of the veg yesterday, is it nice? im not a real fan of frozen veg but that looked ok.

its really nice. It says stir fry on the packet but I roast them in the oven and eat them cold with the cous cous. Tesco also do a similar one that is slightly nicer but I cant always find it there.
    Do what you love :happyhear

Doh' I knew there was something else that I wanted to get from Aldi :rolleyes2

Perhaps I can tempt myself to go tomorrow.... And pigs might fly :p

Beccam have you filed a police report? Offending cookies should not be allowed to get away assault :rotfl:
My weakness is the 3 types of chocolate finest cookies- The more calories the better the taste :o

Well, I've stuck to my plan for the day... Apart from a nibble of chocolate and now my tummy is doing somersaults as well as backflips whilst dancing hockey cokey (sp?) :rotfl:

    Hi all!
I'm in Germany with work and its all going wrong foodwise!

Had a small bunch of grapes and a bit of cheese for breakfast, boiled rice and a bean thing (think it was supposed to be a veg chilli but with no chilli!) for lunch (the only choice I could eat), 2 choccys at work (marzipan things that I don't really like but it was a really boring meeting) and then another bunch of boiled rice with what was supposedly a veg curry but it was in a posh restaurant and the portion was tiny! Was still hungry so ended up scoffing the little bag of crisps in the minibar (still off the booze after Saturday's mega hangover).

Oh well I suppose tomorrow is another day - must try harder!!!!!

I'm flying home tommorow evening so hopefully it'll be back to normal eating on Wednesday.

Feel all fat and bloated - that'll be a lesson to me!

That's an amazing weightloss retiredlady, you must be so proud of yourself!

Rubbish day today. Felt so ill, so got no exercise, and ate pasta and bread all day in a giant carb-a-thon. Just texted OH to bring me chocolate on his way home. :o but :j

    Back to my regime tomorrow

Well slipped slightly today. My downfall is bread and butter.

    B. Museli with semi-skimmed milk

    S. apple

    L. Small portion of noodles with peas, sweetcorn and tuna.

    S. Banana, 3 Mikado sticks at 11 calories each, apple.

    D. Lloyd Grossman's tomato and basil soup with 3 slices of bread and butter and prawns.
    S. one of my daughter's cranberry drop scones with honey.

Exercise: ran half a mile and an hour on the stepper.

Arghhhhh I'm hungry.... Or at least I think I'm hungry- Its really quite impossible when you consider the size of my dinner and fruit I had afterwards

Really don't want fruit so I might slip up and have one of those aldi milky way style things that I got for my daughter as a treat....... Curses to darn chocolate, I just knew a little nibble would send me wild

Oh dear, never mind hun... Like you say- Tomorrow is another day... :j

Don't you just love posh restaurants  I remember being taken to one a few years ago and thinking that I had mistakenly ordered a starter as my main course- Was totally baffled when the right order turned up but the size didn't :rotfl:

Well Oh didn't bring me any chocolate home last night . No shops open? Likely story! :D I can't begin to describe how distraught I was!

Determined to make today a good day though. Still feel ill and yucky, but got to go out shopping for smart clothes - interview tomorrow to become a CAB advisor. Feel so unprepared, don't know what to expect!

Breakfast: melon and grapes and toast crusts (200)

Lunch: campbells mushroom soup and apple (350)

    Dinner: pepper pasta! (500ish?)
