i bought a bag of the veg yesterday, is it nice? im not a real fan of frozen veg but that looked ok.- prior planning prevents poor performance!

After being so good today, such good intentions then OH produces a bag of cookies....matchmaker double choc chip ones!! I have NO WILL POWER!
Just had to try a little bit to see what they are like (remember those matchmaker chocolates? They just happen to be my fav) these are matchmaker mint and choc chewy cookies and I took a tiny piece to try it then somehow a whole big massive one just jumped into my mouth and was eaten.:o
Must be about a days worth of calories in one cookie so I need to work extra hard on wii fit tonight!! :rolleyes:0 -

I am on Voltarol tablets 50mg three times a day taken with 2 x 500mg paracetemal at the same time. I take my first dose around 7 am, then again around 1 pm and then around 7 pm - which leaves me 12 hours till the next dose! When I wake up with the pain and if it goes on for more than a half hour or so I will take a couple of paracetemol and 2 iboprovin - normally around 2 am :mad:
I will go and see the Dr, but don't want them to think I am a moaner:o
