Isn't it just typical that the day I'm up and full of beans and even willing to go out in the rain is the day that I've got to wait in for a parcel

Ah well, guess I wouldn't even be contemplating going out if I didn't have to stay in :rotfl:

Yeah I'm sure that's what was in there on Thursday  Maybe they change it mid-week like their offers??

Or maybe they don't update their website that often? although they put all the new offers on it :o

Maybe it will come early enough for you still to go out? Why not set yourself a time promise where if it comes by midday (or something) you will still go out? ;)

Looks like they must have changed it to monthly offers now instead:

    Hi all,

After some lovely things yesterday I am back on track again with some different bits and bobs as I haven't had chance to do any cooking over the weekend.

    B: Fruit

L: Veg soup and a wholemeal roll

D: Spaghetti matriciana with a big side salad

S: Probably nothing today as I am busy with lots of work piled up so no time for anything else

    Have a great week all

Thanks for digging NW- Thats a shame that they only change it once a month... Still, suppose I could do with some broccoli and salad potatoes.... Possibly some fun apples- Although I find apples more boring to eat personally :rotfl:

My parcels have just come and now I want to stay in :rotfl: Must make an effort to get out :o
  • Hi all,

it's been about 4 months since I posted on here. I get weighed in on thursday and am dreading it. Figure I need to start getting serious if I'm going to hit my goals. I'd like to lose 3 stone in total by my birthday at the end of July and then 6 stone by my brother-in-laws wedding on 30th Dec. As you can see that's a tall order and I guess every day will really count if I'm going to do it. So why is it so hard to get my head in gear?

My diet recently has been apaulling. Plus I do no exercise.... even less now I work from home. I have wanted to look into a class but I'm so out of shape I don't know that I'd manage it.

Anyway, this is my plan for today:

    B: Yoghurt
    L: Spaghetti on toast
D: Roast chicken, potatoes, carrot & swede mash, peas, cauliflower and bovril gravy followed by yoghurt and mini smarties
    Fruit to snack on.

    Ging x

apologies if this post doesnt come out right, for some reason everything seems to come out on one line and with no smilies when i post from work....goodness knows why!trying to be good during the week as things tend to slip a bit (or a lot over the past few weeks) at the weekends.today is/was: 50g dorset cereal + 1/2 a bananna. tuna in soy dressing, 2 x wm toast + cucumber. maybe veg/bean fahitas or something with the chicken breast that needs eating. have a good day
