Please can I join.
I weighed in at 11st 6lbs this morning and ideally would like to be 10 st. I am just planning on eating healthily and cutting out all the rubbish.
I was up rather late today so had a cup of tea. Then for lunch had a delicious sandwich of wholemeal bread, salad, roasted veg and a very small amount of feta cheese. Very tasty and very filling. For tea I'm having homemade minestrone soup.
Not going out tonight so there will be no temptation.

Its what I normally call cheats soup - a tin of beans (any kind will do from baked to kidney to white beans) add a tin of tomatoes and some chilli powder or what ever your spice of choice is. Heat through then whiz with your hand blender. I normally hold back a couple of beans to float in the centre of the bowl when I serve it up. The non dieters get tortilla chips with melted cheese and sour cream on the side. Delish:D

Hello everyone - I have been lurking for the last few weeks and really want to re-join you all as you seem to be doing so well. I was a regular on here at the start and then about 6 months ago fell off the wagon big time and have now reached almost my highest weight ever again. I am starting again at midnight tonight and I am determined that I am going to get this weight under control once and for all and I hope you will let me join in again!
I NEED to lose weight for health reasons and it is heartening to see so many people on here who have dramatically reduced their weight, plus its nice to see all the old regulars still here. I wasn't going to publish my weight but think it may be cathartic to do so - I am ashamed to say that I am now 24st 2lbs.
Hope you are all having a super New Year's Eve and hope that this time next year I won't be stuck in feeling like a fat frump!Jane
