Will try to increase bfast and take more fruit to work. Diner tonight will be mushroom omlete with salad. No potatoes cos they all got eaten yesterday. Will shop tomorrow so using up from the fridge today. Hope to go for an hours walk with friend later this eve.

    Hiya Everyone

Great thread have enjoyed reading what some of you eat and it is very interesting. Anyway i really want to lose up to a stone in the next few months just to trim down really and get rid of my bulgy tummy lol, i go away in July so really want to try hard and lose a tiny bit before then so i feel a bit better mainly. :)
I am trying to encourage my OH to eat a bit more healthily as well not that i don't eat healthily i was avid at watching my weight before i got with my OH i was a size 10 but have put on 2 stone since meeting him and have bad habits lol.

I have a terrible sweet tooth and also crispy one oh and i adore nice strong cheddar(a real weakness) my trouble is i buy a lot of biccies and crisps when they are on offer for my OH to fill up on with his lunch as he doesn't like fruit of healthy stuff :( anyway this is inspiring me as my doc said keeping a food diary or daily list of what you eat really helps when losing weight so here goes :)

    Today i've had:

    B: 2 slices of toast
L: tomato soup and 3 slices of wholemeal bread
    D: meal out
S: will be porridge or more toast
Snacks: handful of hard midget gems

    Hi There Hun,

    Welcome to the group :hello:

I too put on weight when I met my OH :( As did he- 6 stone in fact :rotfl:
His lunch at work also consists of stodge and carp so naturally I helped myself to the copious amounts of chocolate bars which were left behind :rotfl:

Would you mind if I made one teeny tiny suggestion to your diet plan? If you suffer like me with a tummy bulge then you might want to try and cut down on bread- The calories in 1 slice alone are usually quite high and it basically bloats you as does large amounts of pasta and rice etc. I hope you don't mind me butting in :o Tell me to go and sit back in the corner if you like :D

I have done ok today- But boooooy did I feel hungry! I stuck to my diet plan as far as dinner but accidently added some beans and cheese to my salad and pitta :o Ah well, back on track tomorrow hopefully- Tis' market day so gonna stock up on fruit and veg :j

What kind of exercise is everyone doing? xx

Assuming it's not a laptop, try turning your keyboard upside down and giving it a shake and a gentle tap against the desk - you'd be surprised how many crumbs etc get down there ;)

Thanks. It was actually because my OH spilled a glast of water over the keyboard (yes - a laptop ).

Seems to have dried out now, got my "i" back! It was like ego-death this morning. :D

Felt very tired today but still managed 7000 steps. Drifted a bit off course with the eating but nothing too terrible - bit of a mini-milk binge, I think they are my new addiction. Lucky they are just 30 cals each!

    Hi all,

Pretty good day, stuck to plan although not a particularly well balanced diet, think I need more veg

B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM seville marmalade (no butter)

L: Moroccan veg harira soup 1 small roll

D: Ciabatta roll, mozarella, green pesto, vine tomato, side salad and a bag of quavers

Nothing else, still full but might have a slice of toast later if I am still peckish

Hoping to get out on my bike again tomorrow, we shall see
