how do you ladies do so well each day?
I'm no angel believe me:D I have my ups and downs but now I'm at target or thereabouts I'm determined not to put it back on, cant anyway as I've got rid of all my 'big' clothes. I like to think that its a matter of making small changes for life and trying to stick with them not of being on a diet. I eat most things that I fancy just have less of them and try and cook healthily, certain habits seem to stick with you I find.Do what you love :happyhear0 -

TBH I "reached" that point and now that I'm there I'm not going to let myself down :j I'm doing it for my daughter too- She's an active toddler so its only fair that I can keep up with her0 -
Taplady- Thank you for your advice, that makes better sense to me... My main problem is always wanting to eat- so basically if I'm regularly eating fruit as snacks in between meals that would be ok wouldn't it? I have dinner to come yet too- Just can't decide on a "cold" dinner or "hot"Do what you love :happyhear0

you sound just like me - always thinking of food:D I want to eat constantly too so like you I try and make the snacks healthy. There's nothing wrong with fruit as a snack:T
Thanks hun- I was hoping not what with "5 a day" being rammed down our throats at every opportunity :rotfl:
Snacking is also more of a habit for me than anything else- I don't really no what hunger isHow about you?

I snack on fruit, low fat cake, but also eat boiled sweetsI love my food. Can't bear to "ban" myself from eating anything as that makes me depressed and then when I eat it, I feel like I've failed and give up completely.
So no food is banned for me - just some is less advisable than others - eg the box of Ritz crackers as I always eat the whole contents of no matter how much I promise myself I won't!
That's why I've been giving myself a treat of a mini milky way every time I go for my lunch time walk. Suddenly I'm more motivated to walk :rotfl:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I don't think I'm really missing any "bad" foods at the mo! I still haven't eaten the donuts or the vienetta or the last of the easter chocolate! But I'm sure that once I do start missing them then I won't ban myself as like the rest of you I'd probably eat and not stop!!!0

I actually feel hungry or think I do quite a lot which is why I eat so often but I also tend to 'reward' myself if I've worked hard and feel I deserve a treat. I have IBS too which is much better with smaller meals more often. I just love eating:DDo what you love :happyhear0 -
My goal is to lose a few pound and stop the stomach paunch look.
Today I've had:
Breakfast: Sainsbury's Own Branflakes with Skimmed Milk
Snacks: An Alpen Light Bar (chocolate and orange, v.yummy), and some sweeties (went a bit mad at the penny-sweet shop near my uni!)
Lunch: Ham, with salad (cucumber, lettuce and red onion)
Dinner (going to be): Egg Whites omelette with bacon, cheese, red onion and mushrooms. Pudding: Either a Muller Healthy Balance yoghurt or a Creme Egg (haven't decided yet!!)May Wins: 2 x Beauty Brilliance Multipurpose Highlighter Sticks in pink and gold, Cellulite buster cream, Garnier eye roll-on stuff and James Brown Hair Mask.
Nov/Dec Freebies: Pantene Conditioner, Stay Matte Foundation.0 -
