good morning everybody!
off to work later and tonight I'm off out for a curry with my tap ladies so need to be good the rest of the day.
B - beans on toast
L - roasted veg cous cous with mackerel or salmon
D - curry
will try and have fruit for any snacks today

Anyway food plan today (not having a good day at work already so it's not looking good)
b: wholemeal muffin toasted, two poached eggs and a veggie sausage
l: carrot and almond soup
d: chicken breast with red pesto, wrapped in bacon with veg
snacks - crisps (eaten already - said today wasn't going well), a pear and a mini milky way if I go for a walk.
Hoping to be paid today - seems to vary each month :rolleyes:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

My daughter has the dentist today and as its miles away (I don't drive) I fear it will be a test as to grabbing "snacks" and "quick sugar fixes" on the way :rolleyes: So I'm going to try and pack up plenty of fruit and probably a mini salad in a pitta to hopefully keep those hunger pangs locked up till I get home at 6ish :rotfl:
Other than that, todays plan is-
B: Musli
L: Salad in Pitta with a dollop of hummusNot sure yet
S: Plenty of fruit- I may allow myself a choc bar if I really need one!0 -

Assuming it's not a laptop, try turning your keyboard upside down and giving it a shake and a gentle tap against the desk - you'd be surprised how many crumbs etc get down thereworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Morning everyone!
Yesterday was a mixed bag really - good all day (just fruit and beans on small toast) then a curry in the evening with colleagues which involved 1 papadom, onion bhajis, chick pea dahl and rice. Shouldn't really have had the popadom (or the bhajis!) but I got carried away with everyone else. Perhaps the effects will be neutralised by the 2 pints of diet coke I managed too! Can live in hope!
Oh well, back on the straight and narrow today...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - beans and 2 slices of small toast, 2 satsumas
D - not sure yet as having hair done at 6 so won't be home till at least 7.30
S - banana, sugar free jelly
