Last night I ate the rest of my chocolate and now its gone I'm hoping to be back on track again.
I'm off to a funeral later so there will be funeral tea temptation to get through but I'll try my best.
B - poached egg on toast
L - at funeral so dont know but might have a cup of HM soup before I go.
D - HM cheese and potato pie and baked beans
snacks - banana, mullerlight,
hope you all have a good day xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Morning all!
Good to see most people are back on form!:T:T
I somehow managed to lose a whole 1 lb last week according to the SW scales last night:p
God only knows how with Saturdays proper binge but I suppose I was good before and after it and did a LOT of walking over the weekend. Anyhow, I'm taking it as a loss and getting on with it without questioning it too much in case I find my bodyy is fibbing and they've made a mistake!
Yesterdays food was ok, sticking to plan with the post weigh in treat of 2 choccy digestives, an after eight (from OH's easter egg, sshhhh!) and a few salted peanuts - probably a bit over the syn allowance but it was WI day!
Anyway, today's food is...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - left over 5 bean chilli (completely free) and a satsuma
D - Quorn fillet (or garlic kiev) and HM wedges
S - manky banana if I'm hungry at work
Have a good day everyone....0 -

Morning all,
Hope everyone is ok and those that aren't get better soon
frogga - you sound like you've got things sussed "SO I don't need food to have a nice time."
Keep going tho my little green friend
Managed to avoid the biccie tin last night by doing some microwave popcorn for the kids (and only have two handfuls for me) Stopped the munchies.
Aim for today:
b: wholemeal english muffin with two poached eggs (seem to get less hungry after having eggs for brekkie).
l: smoked salmon, olives and rice (the other half as per yesterday but cold from the fridge).
d: either meat and veg in gravy or enchilades (depending on which OH fancies - too many one portion meals in the freezer so clearing some room).
snacks: nana, hm spinach cottage cheese and sundried tom muffin... and I sneaked a small milky way into my bag as a treat
Off for a walk today for certain - need gas, electric key top ups and to drop stuff off at charity shop too.
Got a missed delivery note through the door saying there was a packet too large for letterbox.... no idea what that could be unless it's a freebie I applied forhopefully it's something good!!!
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Well done Rachel!:T and to newlywed for avoiding the biccie tin!:TDo what you love :happyhear0

Hi there,I hope you don't mind if I join you?
I don't even know where to begin, except to say that I am severely overweight and pregnant with my third baby in four years.:o
Before everyone goes "you're pregnant and not supposed to diet", I am well aware of what is 'normally' told to women, but things have come to a head with my consultant, who has decided, after much discussion with his colleagues and a mutual meeting with a dietition, that it would be in the best interests of my health and the health of my baby, that I either work very hard to maintain my current weight, but preferably lose some.
The dietition told me I wasn't "allowed" to join any weight loss groups for support or anything and tried to give me a diet sheet for 1200 cals a day, while telling me to add the extra 500 cals for baby by eating sensibly.
I've spent most of the day crying, because it's stressful enough being pregnant and in debt, without being reminded that you are FAT and pregnant.
So...am just looking for somewhere to come for support and am going to head off to the grocery challenge place to see how that works, cause I've never done it before lol.
Thanks:o0 -
God bless, Kadiya. Its horrible, isnt it? As long as doc says its ok, try to do plenty of walking or swimming, and eat lovely fresh, nutritious food, no junk.
Huge good luck to you, I am sure your medical professionals don't understand what its like for you, but of course you have to protect the little one. It must be hard with two tinies already, but think how much easier labour will be if you are a bit fitter and healthier.
Welcome, and good luck. xxxPlease do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Thanks grateful
Just to show how stupid I am with money though...
The ASDA delivery van just turned up with the shopping.
I have apparently ordered 24 (!) bags of seasonal salad...which would be laughable if I hadn't been told to lose the weight...and it hadn't just cost me £12 :O0 -
Hi Kadiya :hello: You think you've got problems? You may be pregnant, fat and skint, but at least you're not a little green frog trying to make it in this world
Welcome to the Funny Farm mateyAnd you are most welcome. Grateful is right in what she says so listen up, and the others will be along in a while to offer their support you just see.
How much longer til your Tadpole is due? We'll all help you with loosing the weight once that happy event is over, it wont take long  (that's Guinness in them there jugs, it's good for breast feeding) For now just eat nice and healthy and don't do anything drastic. Loosing weight is important, but nothing is more important than the health of the baby. You don't need me to tell you that.
RS will be along later and she'll correct me if I'm wrong (which does actually happen occationally) but I'm sure she lost weight whilst pregnant and she didn't diet.
Anyway better hop off. Take Care, welcome, and stop stressing, you've come to the right placeSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D
