HI!
Today has been a much better day - even with a shopping trip to get the men fitted for their wedding suits and to choose the bridesmaid dresses its not been bad.
We went for lunch and I stuck to a jacket spud, cheese and beans - all catered for on a green day. Had a banana for breakfast and will have something little for tea later on. Am hopefully slowly reparing the damage from Saturday.
Recovering spendaholic- the Gourmer Burger we went to is in Didsbury Manchester, quite close to home for us.
No Easter choccie for me at all this year - however its not all saintly, plenty of booze has passed my lips!0 -
bleuuurgh
am far too fat and full to say anymore.
will have a catch up wth the posts and let some food go down before trying to make a sensible comment.
on the up side i have bought a mega expensive (£1k) treadmill second hand for £100 from a friend who was moving house and had no room for it.

Morning all
My 2 DDs and I bought new digital scales over the weekend and are having a weekly weight in at my house, filling in weight loss cards and paying £1 a week into a pot. We are hoping that if we do this on a more formal basis we might do better!:D
Well back on track with a vengence today. Weighed myself first thing this morning and after I got over the shock, made a salad to bring with me for work with a few prawns.
So todays meals are
B Weetabix
L Prawn salad
D Jacket potato and chilli
Snacks - Fruit and ryvita if desperate
Hope everyone has a good days dieting!:rotfl:"Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you are up to........"Dieting ........... is no piece of cake!!!!:D
Weight loss since January 2011 - 5st 5 lbs!!!!!0 -
Its official weigh in day today and I'm not looking forward to it. My scales said this morning half a pound off but I never believe them (don't know why I bother really!) - we'll see what SW scales say later.....
Todays food will be...
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - so far just have a banana and 2 satsumas with me - will find something else at lunchtime (very disorganised last night, was trying to convince myself that I actually didn't have to go to work!):p
D - either chick pea dahl and rice or HM 5 bean chilli (we'll see which one I can be bothered to make after WI, one's quick the other takes a bit of time)
Am determined to get back on the straight and narrow this week after Saturdays excesses - Sunday and Monday were OK but the routine of work makes life easier for diets for me.:o
Anyway, good luck to all of those with the dreaded post Easter WI.0 -
Hi all,
Was fairly good over the weekend but didn't get my butt moving as much as I'd planned
Still have lost about 2-3lbs (scales seem to change their mind a bit too often though).
Food plans for today are:
b: oats, honey and nana
l: smoked salmon, with green olives and rice
d: spring chicken in a pot
snacks: few almonds and raisins, some frozen raspberries, a small sprig of raw cauliflower.
Hoping for a walk later but need to go to sainsbugs so possibly notworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Good Morning Chubby Chums :j
Had a really lovely Easter weekend as Mr Frog was off for 4 whole days and we were very busy just being lazy and spending time together
I was excellent with my eating as well (of course ) and although I had pangs of wanting to have a little stuff last night, I didn't. In fact I was thinking this morning, I had such a lovely Easter, but not a drop of choc or carp passed my lips. I didn't overeat at all. And I feel really good for it. SO I don't need food to have a nice time.
Have bought all the stuff for the fibre thing that RS was talking about but I haven't made it yet. I still have 2 days worth of museli to eat up first.
If any of you need tips on how to be as perfect, you can go to howtobeasexcellentasfrogga.frog.uk It's a very helpful website but be warned, it gets very busy (understandably) so you may have trouble getting through.
Have a nice rest of the day

So a potentially terrible weekend with the double trouble of it being easter weekend AND me spending it at my parents.
I did indulge a bit of course but nowhere near as badly as I could have so I'm quite please!
Although I was a bit freaked out to realise that we are halfway through April & I was hoping to get to my target weight/size by July! (or at least be a little more toned!) So really think I need to get my act together and start putting in more of an effort!
Hope everyone survived Easter ok!0 -
