Hi
Yesterday went ok ish.
Had small cake at work mr kip lemon slice or some such, celebratory cake brought in by colleague. Lunch was spag hoops and toast. Diner - went to a harvester and had the pasta - horrid. Enjoyed the salad. Had ice cream and sauce after. Only lime soda to drink so, as I say, not too bad. Tonight will be trickier. Am hosting book club, this involves drinks and nibbles. Will keep the carrot sticks near me.

Hi all ,
Doing OK today even though I did a 13 hour shift. Yesterday i ended up having veg chow mein which was delicious as the place we got food from was more of a podh chinese so the veggies were all crisp and fresh and the noodles weren't too saucy.
Today has been OK but I have been picking a bit too much
B: Bran flakes, banana and skimmed milk
L: Lentil soup, 1 slice bread and an appleBreaded haddock, HM wedges and mushy peas
S: A few blackjack sweets, a small fairy cake and a pink wafer0 -
Evening all and welcome nic and shazba :hello: *hugs* to anyone who isn't doing too well and well done RS!
Gave myself a sneaky weigh today and I've lost the pound I put on since I was away so I'm still on target. Feeling bad today though because I've just been sitting at the PC all day, I have been doing some work for my (hopefully) future career so I will excuse myself
Today has been:
Breakfast - Small WM roll with light philly
Lunch - HM nut cutlet with lots of vegetables
Dinner - New potato salad with rocket and watercress
Snacks - 2 apples
No snacking today  I must have been concentrating too hard on my work!Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time0 -
Morning - yest went well thank goodness - never made it to the gym though!
Todays offerings
B Weetabix
L Prawn salad
D smoked haddock and veggies
S Mullerlight and fruit, ryvitas if necessary
