    Morning all!

commiserations to all who like me gained this week, well done to the losers!:T

Tried very hard to be good this weekend - only treats were a hot cross bun and a packet of walker baked crisps, oh and a veggie dumpling with my veggie stew.
Am off to work later and I think its a pub meal for tea so not got a clue about what I'm eating.

Breakfast was 1 WW brown danish toasted with marmalade and 1 weetabix with strawberries, banana and a kiwi fruit.

Hope you all have a great day x

Well I've fallen off the wagon and not getting on the scales - but my bulges over my jeans tell me that there's been some gain :o

So back on track and going to try and walk lots while the weather is nice.

    Morning all!

The weekend was a bit hit and miss as my mum and sister were visiting doing wedding preparations and wedding dress shopping:eek:. Was very pleased as the size 12 was too big and my measurements matched those on the chart in the dress shop for a size 10, so I've ordered a 10!:T:T
Would like to lose another half a stone though to make sure that it fits and stick to the SW plan to make sure I don't put the half stone I've lost back on again. 6 months to go to the wedding so I should be able to do it - its the maintaining thing I've always had a problem with.

Anyway, Friday's food was OK, Saturday we were out all day so had to resort to a 6 inch tuna Subway sandwich for lunch and spinach and ricotta canneloni for tea before the cinema - not ideal but I couldn't let my diet dictate everyone else's day.
Yesterday, I stuck to the plan with fruit and cheese for lunch, quorn sausage and mash for tea, a mullerlight as a snack and just one sneaky choc digestive which I was a bit disappointed about because I didn't really need it and just ate it anyway - boooo!

It's WI day tomorrow so will be good today....

B - cereal (milk to dog) (B choice)
L - supernoodles (free) and fruit (all free)
D - wholewheat pasta (free) and fresh green pesto (need to look up the syns)

Hope anyone with a Monday WI is doing OK?
Just 4 days to work this week:T

Morning all, is it ok if I join this thread please. I desp need to loose weight and want to do it the sensible way. I lost 3 and half stones 2 years ago (by going to ww) and have gone on to put 3 stones back on again - so the rot needs to stop here.

I am not sure what details you need to know but if I don't have to declare my weight I would rather not as to be honest I am embarassed:o But will happily declare any weight loses or gains as I progress!

I want to be able to eat with the family and not have to buy individual meals so thought I might try to sw type of diet and just eat normal food but sensibly.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated:D

    Hi nic,

Everyone is welcome here. You don't have to declare your weight at all if you don't want to ;)

I lost most of my weight from making small changes each time - using less fat, picking a lower fat option each time, slowly reducing portion sizes etc....

It's just the snacking that has caught up on me and I've got a few lbs to lose again now

Most put down their food and/or exercise plan for the day as they find this helps them stick to it, so feel free to add your plans :D

    My food today:
b: potato farl with poached egg (the other one exploded in the microwave as I didn't put the lid on the egg poacher thingy :o)
    l: erm not sure
    d: kippers and roasted veg

snacks - pear, slice of low fat apple cake
