Morning all!
Didn't get a chance to post yesterday as work was bonkers, then a quick dash home to clean the house, whip up some cookies for visitors, walk the dog and then go to the pub quiz at 9pm - phew!
Food was OK - no blips apart from a "test" cookie to make sure they were OK - had the smallest one though!
My mum and sister are arriving at lunchtime so a half day from work for me and then wedding dress shopping this afternoon:eek:

So today food wise is....
B - cereal (milk to dog)
L - just fruit (trying on frocks so don't want to be bloated
D - indian restaurant -will save all my syns for this and try to make sensible choices although I HAVE to have 1 poppodum!
I'll also walk the dog at least another twice so a bit of exercise is planned!

Well, it happened at last. I have a flat battery in my scales.
Stood on them and it went "ERR".
Exactly how I felt.
However I will always struggle to actually lose weight as I have M.E. and limited mobility to shed the weight through moving more.
BUT my trousers are looser and I'm back on track.0 -

Hello everyone! Welcome Velocity girl and any other newbies!
Taplady - 2lbs is nothing - that will come off easily this week!
Well done to all losers and STSers:T
4moneysaver - glad that your MIL is okay.
Well I have been 4 days now without eating any carp or going over my SW allowances and already I can feel a difference - I just don't understand why I relapse and eat carp when I know that it takes such a short time to feel so much better - I mean I know I still have LOADS of weight to shift but I feel lighter and that makes me feel much better.
I am going out for a meal with my sister tonight but I have phoned the restaurant and asked them if they can do me something like grilled steak or fish with plain salad and they said that would be fine.
I haven't got any rubbish in the house and have told the kids that there will be no chocolate eggs this Easter - none of us need them and they would rather have a proper present like a CD or bath stuff instead. I was in Ethel Austin before and got the most lovely smelling shower gel and lip balm in chocolate orange scent and so that will be their Easter chocolate!
The weather here is lovely and sunny but it is still really cold...
Hope you are all okay!Jane
