Well done Frogga and everyone else who's lost this week :T :T :T :T :T
I'm still sticking to PMK and although I haven't weighed as yet I feel a bit thinner (well, there isn't as much flab wobbling over the top of my jeans:rotfl: )
I made a lovely aubergine and chickpea curry last night and left some  and declined plum crumble tonight
Tappy - Happy aniversary:j :j :j and enjoy the fish and chips!0 -
Morning Chaps,
Last night, I had a slip up. It was only a minor blip compared to what I would usually do, and it was planned. After yesterdays weigh in, I was sort of pleased as 2 st is quite good. But...
I had to go to the shops in the afternoon and I bought, among other things, some goodies for the tadpoles and Mr Frog. I then decided that I deserved a treat as I had been SO good so I bought a bag of Bombay Mix and some Frys chocolate creams.
In the evening after dinner I had half the Bombay Mix and then that was enough so I through the rest in the bin. Throughout the evening I had 3 Frys Chocolate Creams and then 3 bits of toast. But that was it. After that I felt VERY sick and decided to go to bed very early. So early infact that I actually missed the Feelgood Factor on ITV so I'm gutted as I can't see that it's repeated today
SO, today I REALLY need to focus to keep on track. I'll allow myself that little slip up, but I MUST get back on track today or it will be game over. I do think I'll be ok so that's a good start.
Happy 21 years for yesterday Tapps  and have a good day everyone elseSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Morning all!
I'm back after the week from hell!
Trapising round Europe with work with no opportunity for healthy eating, exercise or sleep!
I was home briefly on Weds night so managed to pop to a different SW WI to normal and they said I'd lost 1/2 lb but my scales said more - am going to ignore the week completely and stick to the number that I get from my usual WI on Tuesday coming.
Yesterday I had a pasta and sauce for lunch (free on green day), 2 sweeties in the cinema and lots of diet pop, and veggie fajitas for tea. Not brilliant but it could have been a lot worse.
Back on SW rules today - 3 days to WI so may be able to repair some of the harm done over the past week???
Have already walked the dog and am about to do a meal plan for the week then give the house a good clean - it needs doing desperately and may burn up a few calories!
Today's food will be....
B - banana
L - fruit and cheese
D - tuna steak, lots of salad, new potatoes
S - might try a pack of low fat snack thingys that I bought yesterday but can't remember what they're called
Have a good day everyone0 -
afternoon!
Frogga - yesterdays over and done with so just focus on today and the future and try not to dwell on the past and feel guilty.
I've not had a good weekend - too many goodies but have had a fair bit of exercise so hope one cancels out the other.
B 2 sml toast with marmalade
S - hot cross bun:o
L - sml jacket with cheese and salad plus a mullerlight
S - cookie:o
D - gnocchi with spinach, tomato and ricotta( bought from a local market) not sure what to have with it though.
I hope you're all having a good weekend xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
good evening, its been a gorgeous day here and it was still light at 7;30 :j :j
went on a shortish bike ride, not lots of exersise but better than my usual present effort.
frogga: taplady is exactly right yesterday was along time ago, today and tomorrow matter more!
talking of which i need to practice what i preach and not let the deep fried jingha puree, tandoori fish, and scrounged bits of peshwari naan and chicken korma ruin my effortsit was very nice and well deserved so i'm not worried about the one meal, its the attitude that follows that matters. i must get back to it tomorrow as thats often been my problem before.
i may need a good kick up the rear tomorrow
hope youve all had a good weekend, back to it tomorrow
