Not been a good week here, so there has been too much chocolate consumed.

Weighed myself this morning and seem to have lost a couple of pounds since I came back from holiday....still not at the weight in my signature, but refuse to change that until I go below it!

    Today I have eaten:

B...half an apple, 1 weetabix and banana

    L....cheese sandwich, kiwi

D....hamburger (hm) , beans and chips

    Night all

Well, hopped on the scales and they said 17st exactly. SO I guess that's 26lb in the 8 weeks. Wishing it had said 16something but maybe next week it would have

So, onwards and upwards for me, gonna try hard to leave the scales alone now and not hope on again til 1st April. How nice it would be if the say 15something, think I'll aim for that.

Have a good weekend people xx

Well done Frogga...hope that you are not going to be disappointed if you don't lose a lot by 1st APRIL...its next Wednesday....but we all know that you really mean 1st May, don't you?? Wonderful loss for a good little froggie.

Didn't do too badly yesterday, more or less stuck to the plan, was late up to-day, so far have only had two kiwis, will have something soon which will be brunch.

    Good luck all
