Sorry that your tummy is playing you up again ~ it amazes me how IBS can come on so quickly and be so violent! DO NOT allow your news to knock you off your stride. You are a srtong RS, who's sorting her out. You've done 6 days for Jesus sake ~ 6 DAYS! I know, I've been counting 'em!
These worries come along ALL THE TIME (especially as you have kids and a busy life) and something is ALWAYS gonna upset us. We can't allow these things to knock us off our stride ~ WE ARE STRONGER THAN THAT! :grouphug: (that's me and Tappy and you're in the middle)

I've had a good day today. :j
I'd done fairly well last week but got a bit stressed with OH's illness at the weekend and lost the plot a bit :doh: but yesterday he was offered a meds change so hopefully things will get better now :rolleyes:
I've started back at day 1 with PMK. In true MSE :money: fashion I'd filled the journal in in pencil so I've rubbed it all out and started again yesterday :T

have had 1 toast and some muesli for breakfast but havent planned the rest of my food yet so will report in later.
My DS2 gave me a chocolate orange last night and a card saying sorry for forgetting mothers day - I only had 2 pieces:A the rest is in the fridge calling me:D but it will have to stop there till after SW tonight.

B - cereal with milk and 2 plums
s - 2 large chocolate cookies found on the kitchen table and already eaten warmed up in the microwave:o:o:o
L - left over cottage pie and brocolli
s - scan brans with blackberries and yogurt
D - baked salmon with jacket potato and mixed vegetables
My evening should be ok fingers crossed since we have now finished off the bottle of gin that I got for Mothers Day (thank goodness friends came around and helped polish it off:rotfl:)

hugs to everyone that needs them today, seems like there are always things coming along in life to put us off our stride, i'm amazed at how strong you all are, still coming on here and thinking about a healthy diet when you have so much else going on - well done!
today for me:
b - monthly breakfast meeting, so half a cheese and mushroom muffin, some fruit
l - leftover winter veg pie
s - fruit, oatcake if i go to the gym (feeling v tired today, might give it a miss!)
t - not sure. i'm in on my own so might just have beans on toast again (although i had that last night, not very balanced i guess!)

Morning all!
I'm back from a very tiring 3 days in Poland with work and am starving!!!!
It's almost impossible to be a dietting veggie in Poland - all meat/fish and stodge as far as I can work out!
Anyway, I missed WI last night as I wasn't back in time (got back at 11pm) so will try to find a class today to just pop in and get weighed to keep me on the straight and narrow.
I tried my own scales today and they say that I've lost weight but I don't trust them and the effort of having to go to weigh in will motivate me until next Tuesday when I can go back to me own class.
Food today ....
B - Alpen light bar
L - supernoodles and a banana
D - no idea yet as waiting to see if OH is playing footy
S - Another Alpen light bar and maybe a packet of Skips if I'm desperate!0 -

i think my new obsession may just be suma organic mushroom pate, its lovely and low in cals (you dont need a lot) mmm
have a day off today and as always its busier than being at work :rolleyes:
today is/was
breakfast: last of the dorset cereal
snack: slice of pork, oatcake with mushroom pate
lunch: oatcakes with mushroom pate and salad(couldnt help myself)
dinner: spag bol made with loads of mushrooms and tvp.
snack/pudding will be mullerlight & blueberries
