snacks - grapes, banana, yoghurt
hope you're all doing well, will pop in tonight to catch up xDo what you love :happyhear0 -

Today-
B- Bagel with low fat spread
L- Probably ham salad sandwich or beans on toast and a muller light
D- HM pizza and chips
S- Maybe 2 plums or Mcvites low fat slices.
Is there a certain time of day that is best to weigh yourself?0 -

Hi Guys,
I'm feeling a bit funny  ~ my boss told me this afternoon that she could tell I'd lost weight. She said she could see it on my face and that my trousers were not so tight on my legs. It was said with the best of intentions because she is lovely, and we've chatted about it all (she knows I have issues  ) but I feel really upset.
When someone says something complementary about how I look when I'm thinner it just makes me think "oh right you thought I looked auful before then"and I feel SO embarrassed and ashamed. She made a point of saying my trousers didn't look so tight , so all I keep thinking now is that everyone must have thought how tight they looked before and how fat my legs were. Which is true because they were.
I was thinking of going to M&S at the weekend and buying a new pair of trousers in a size 16 because I'm sure they would fit now (the 18's are too loose). I know they will be a bit 'snug' for a few weeks til I loose some more and so now I'm not sure that I want to. That's the problem with bloody eating dissorders ~ everyone can see and nothing is private!
I guess it's just tough poo as there is nothing AT ALL I can do about it so I really should just stop moaning and hop off shouldn't I?...........................Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Frogga....you are doing really well and need not take your boss' remarks as anything other than what they were...a compliment you silly frog! I wish that I could fit into size 18 trousers let alone 16...don't buy anything yet, give it till end of April and then you should be good to go for the summer!
congratulations to all who are losing, not doing really well, not weighing until last Friday of month.....Oh carp, that's to-morrow, well we'll see.
Today I have eaten:
2 sausages, 2 rashers, half fried potatoes, 3 slices toast with butter and marmalade, coffee, large tinned peach. Think that was breakfast and lunch really and a big one at that.
Dinner will be chicken leg, roast veg and potatoes, 1 small brownie and 2 kiwi fruit, and lots of water
Good luck all
