Lol Frogga. Well done on 7 weeks!
Just 1lb off for me this week, BUT that is the magic pound. It made my BMI 24.9. I am officially normal!Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0 -
I bow to you frogga
Though it's only because the toad has taken up residence at mine you know, you should be thanking me for taking him off your hands.
Feeling very very depressed at my complete inability to eat properly for a sustained period. And smoking has crept back in too. I feel like a complete wreck physically now, totally drained and tired and fat and lethargic.
Will attempt to get back to it tomorrow.
Are you sleeping enough? You may feel lots better after a good rest and a wash and brush up?Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Frogga - well done !:T :T :T
ShellBel - congrats on being 'normal';) :TDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Well done Frogga:T and Shellbell:T JoJo I know exactly how you feel as I have been really really terrible with my eating the last few weeks, but the last two days I have managed to get back on track - early days but even from just two days of better eating I feel "lighter" - it's amazing how quickly you start to feel better when you don't eat rubbish - I just wish I could sustain it. I am feeling more optimistic though so maybe I will get through a week.
Food today has been:
Breakfast - Marions breakfast rice thingie
Snack - 3 crackerbread with Sainsburys BGTY cheese and celery spread on
Lunch - stir fry veg and turkey breast (leftover from last night)
Snack - 3 plums
Dinner - chicken thigh fillets with huge baby spinach leaf salad, cottage cheese and jacket potato, followed by a mandarin mullerlight
Am now feeling stuffed! (mind you that's never stopped me eating carp before:o )
Hope you are all okayJane

Hi all! Friday night and I'm spending my evening on these forums, oh woe is me, I need a life
OH being neglectful and doing boring geeky male things like playing online games with his other geeky male friends, still I can't complain as he did bring me a bottle of wine after his work
Welcome to all the new faces! Well done Frogga on the non-bingeing *joins the autograph queue* and Shellbell, I also reached the normal BMI number this weekI also think my jeans feel a little looser, but maybe that's just wishful thinking
Today I'm being naughty with my wine (doing well with the neglect, it's usually while he's distracted that I head off for snacks)
Breakfast - 2 slices WM toast
Lunch - Homemade Falafel on a flatbread with salad
Dinner - An attempt at homemade nut cutlet which tasted nice but looked hideous! With a side of veggies
Snack - Mid morning and afternoon smoothie with strawberry, banana, apple, cherry
Hope everyone is having a more fun night than I amGood luck for the weekend all!
Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time0 -
good morning and it certainly looks like a beautiful morning here
well i finally swwm to have slipped off the platau and the scales say -3lb this morning :j :j :j :j :j :j
dont get me wrong, i am very pleased but its still only 3lb off in 3 weeks (3lb would normally be a bit unsustainable in a week for me)
the aim for next week is 1 1/2 ib as this would take me to a whisker under 13stone.....oooh to be 12st somthing
weekends are my danger time so i have to try especially hard, and its mothers day tomorrow  no chocolates though until after lent!
well done frogga, what a clever frog you are and shelbell....wow! thats an amazing acheivement :T excellent work, gratefulforhelp !!
todays diet is a bit undecided but will start with either dorset cereal or toast (i have been forcing myself to have the hi-fibre musili in a morning and i am sure its doing me more good than wm toast)
lunch and dinner not sure, i normaly do hm pizza or similar on a saturday but not sure since the weathers so nice. might go salady today.
have a lovely day- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Hi all, another beautiful day here. I was rather nervous about the scales this morning as I didn't feel that I'd had a particularly good week. However I've lost 2lb so I'm over the moon
. Well done to all the losers, the STSers and a big ((((hug)))) to any gainers.
I realised this morning that for me, it's just about being aware of what I'm eating now and making my choices. Sometimes that choice is a bit of chocolate but I'm enjoying that chocolate now rather that stuffing it down and feeling guilty about eating it. That and getting a walk in, however short that may be, every day.
Vixtress I also need to lose just 2lb to be under 13st, I'm keeping it crossed for us both. Well done Frogga, you're an inspiration (and a frog of course):rotfl: .
Off to a 50th 'do' tonight so I'm hoping for lots of dancing althought I'm sure there'll be a fair bit of eating and drinking to go along with the being merry too!
Have a great day everyone. It's up to me now and nobody else.0 -
Thanks for the welcome everyone. Things haven't been going too well - OH just doesn't seem to grasp calorie counting! Had planned tea yesterday as home cooked Cptn Birdseye cheap breadcrumbed fish and a few chip shop chips. I got delayed at work, so OH cooked - did twice the fish per portion than I had planned, and HM chips (which were too nice
)
This weekend being Mother's day, I've been told he's cooking tomorrow as well, but at least I've been able to persaude the kids not to buy me chocolates.
Breakfast was two slices of toast and apricot jam (just a thin spread of butter) Cup of filter coffee with a little !% fat milk and sweetners (going to look at dropping the sweetners, which I only have in coffee, as I've only been using them since Christmas, and like the other poster (sorry, I'm terrible with names) my sweet things craving has rocketted (not helped by Home Bargains selling Thornotons mis shapes at stupid prices)
Lunch - probably soup and toast, bag of Fruitibu from Approved Foods
Tea - HM beefburgers, baked jacket wedges and plenty of veggies, maybe a small piece of lemon loaf cake. Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
Hello
Another lazy Saturday for me but today has been doubly bad in that I have tucked in to half a pack of choci biscuits supplied by DS. Not weight loss but "bonding".:D
Food yesterday was fairly good, today is undecided, I need to go shopping - don't usually do this on a Sat if I can help it, will leave it till later so may pick up some bargains and shops less busy. Tomorrow will be visiting Mums, both leave 80 odd miles away and teens don't want to go so I wont be having Mothers day. Think I might book next Sunday as mine. Have a lovely weekend everyone.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
