well done procrastinator and isparticus!
2lbs off for me this week. Losses have slowed up loads as we're not going to the gym while I'm working 2 jobs, but this is the last week so back to the gym three times a week in the new year!Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j0 -
Afternoon everyone, well done on some great losses this week especially Ispartacus with 11lbs!!After a few days of general debaucharyand loads of company I take no pleasure in reporting a guilty but well deserved 3 lb gain:eek::D
Mind you it was a bit of a shock and may have convinced me to cut back a bit and not go so mad around the chocolates and mince pies with cream (not to mention the gin and tonics:rolleyes:) That is what happens when I don't meal plan! So here is todays:
Breakfast - weigh in so didn't eat before class this morning however it was our buffet so had a variety of foods in class - most of it was not too naughty!
Lunch - bacon and eggs
Dinner - boiled gammon with jacket potatoes and variety of roast vegetables with mince pies and cream for pudding (well you didn't expect me to be perfect did you:rotfl:)
I will report my menu's up to including Christmas eve but will have an off day on the 25th:rotfl:!!
Merry Christmas to all
Love

Great big WELL DONE's to Procrastinator:T Ispartacus:T and Shellbell:T
I didn't dare go near the scales this morning after eating enough to feed a small country over the past week. Most of the damage has been done by all the goodies in work so a good thing I finish for the xmas break tomorrow lunch time or I might just explode!!:eek:0 -
evening all! ( wherever you are:D )
I am pleased to report a loss of a pound and a half this week:j which is a small miracle I think!
I hope you're all enjoying Christmas!Do what you love :happyhear0 -

Hi everyone
I'm sorry for not checking in recently
I've been very poorlystill not cleared up yet but hoping will go soon
Brilliant to all you big losers!!!
Well I've planned Christmas and although food will be different, it's actually quite healthy too...
A BIG Happy Christmas to all my fellow WLOSW thread members ( and lurkers!!)
Here's hoping for a great 2009:j0 -
Hi all,
Still holding it together with a Xmas eve WI of a STS so I am happy with that. I am thinking that Boxing day will probably do the most damage as cheese and crackers, fresh bread and dips are fatal for me!
Christmas Day will be fine as MIL and co eat sensibly and don't have massive portions or starters and pudding is rice pud if anyone wants it so it will be fine.
B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM marmalade
L: Lentil soup or a tuna sandwichHM quorn lasagne with a big salad
I might also have a Christmas mincemeat muffin with a bit of custard for pud
Might as well do tomorrows while I'm at it as I doubt I will be on here
B: Porridge with sliced mango
L: Turkey, chipolatas with bacon (x1), roasties, sprouts, carrots, peas, other veg maybe and possibly a yorkshire. Rice pudding is also a possibilitySandwich if I fancy anything, we don't have anything in other than our normal dinners so nothing festive or fattening
Have a lovely day all, whatever you are up to. I'm just off to pickle my onions0 -
