    been away for a few days but back today to report a 1.5lb gain :(. i was sort of hoping that i might have got away with it - i've probably eaten more than usual over the weekend, and a few boozy drinks, but i also got a lot of strenous excercise. oh well. off to spin at lunchtime to try and correct things a little.

    work christmas do yesterday and i stuck to the shorts rather than wine or pints, but no slimline tonic so maybe i'll blame them! i'm now out every night this week, sometimes to more than one thing, eek, so i don't have high hopes for a loss but i'm going to try really hard to fit some excercise in, for my sanity if nothing else.

    today:
    b - porridge w. sultanas
    s - satsuma, 2 finger of leftover kitkat and a lindor!
    l - chickpea and apricot tagine
    s - satsuma, maybe some choc!
    t - do'nt know, i'm out. probably pub grub and a few drinkies

    i seem to already be slipping into an 'oh well, it's christmas' frame of mind but know that i should really hold off until next week. it's so hard with all the christmas parties though!

    well done to all the losers, so many of you this week it's fab :D. hopefully you'll inspire me a little..

    (on a positive note: went to parties saturday and yesterday and no fags, even when i was drinking. hurrah)

  • Hello Where is everyone. Please don't leave me alone, it's scarey.

    Chocs are now on the shared space behind my desk, managed to ignore it until 12pm yesterday but once I start.......
    Today will be so much worse, we are having our office lunch, everyone is bringing something in, so many choices so few good ones on offer. I'm making a cheesecake, double cream and condensed milk! Had spag bol for dinner last night and left over will be made into a lasagne tonight.
    Averaging 5K steps a day.

    I'm here procrastinator!;) :D

    Ended up having a slice of pizza for dinner yesterday :rolleyes: with potato slices and salad - was shattered after a non stop action day and it was quick and easy.
    Weigh in tonight and the SW christmas party too! The best i can hope for is to STS.

    B - spaghetti on toast

    L - HM veggie and lentil soup, bread roll

    D - SW party food

    snacks - banana, clementines, fruit salad and sugar free jelly

    Went and bought our christmas goodies yesterday so the cupboards are stocked - I'm ok till we open anything:D

    Yes - it is quiet in here isn't it? I reckon people are too busy getting ready for the holidays and have put their diets on hold till January. I think it is so much more difficult for people like you who have to work in offices surrounded by chocolate and cheesecake:eek:! Luckily I am retired so only have to battle the demons in my own fridge and storecupboard:rotfl:

    Today I am having a mix2match day:

    Breakfast - bacon and eggs plus a yogurt (free)
    snack - 2 satsumas (free)
    Lunch - Leftover vegetables from last night served with left over pork from a from a few days back(been frozen) It will taste better than it sounds!:j(free)
    Afternoon snack - mince pie - 10 syns
    Dinner - Vegetable rice with chicken pieces (free+heb) plus a sugar free jelly with fruit (1 syns)
    Evening snack - 2 alpen lights(heb)
    milk in drinks throught the day will be my hea

    Hi all.
    Well yesterday was not good - started with banana muffins, chocolate bars, moved on to chocolate croissant and finished with sausage and chips from the chippy!!! :o

    Anyway today...
    b: oats and nana
    snack: 4 fig rolls - and amazed I've actually stopped there and not eaten the whole pack!!! :o
    l: leek and potato soup with a wholemeal roll
    d: fish pie - I think ;)
    working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

    Hi all,

    I am here and pleased to report I am actually 2lb lighter than when we went away. Must have been all the walking and dancing at the gigs we went to, possibly also that we ate only 2 meals a day.

    Today hasn't been great, started the day with great intentions because of weighing lighter but I got into work and someone had brought me a Krispy Kreme doughnut because I always rave about them so I ate it so as not to upset them. Also a girl I used to work with was back visiting so we went back to an old haunt for lunch and it doesn't sell anything healthy.

    B: Glazed Krispy Kreme donut

    L: Tuna salad baguette and bag of Salt and vinegar Walkers

    D: Not sure really, probably something sensible if OH is cooking

    S: Bakewell tart (individual one)

    Feel a bit sugar-buzzed so I need to try and just eat veggies and rice based stuff for dinner to balance out my blood sugar again and prevent cravings for sweeties.

    I'm still around :D

    Not been eating much as tummy has been a little fragile for the last 2 days. Been having a slim fast shake, a protein shake, and a bowl of weight watchers soup as my 3 meals while it gets back to normal! Got some cubes of cheese in the fridge and slices of lean corned beef for if I need to nibble but not been feeling like them really.

    Morning everyone - where are you all? :confused: not in the choccie tin I hope:D

    Can report a half a pound loss this week:j very good after 2 meals out and a buffet. Tonight its fish and chips on the menu at work:eek: not sure whether to succumb or to pop a jacket in the oven:think: difficult choice:D
