Hi all,
Well done Tappy especially at this time of year
Bit of a late start today because I had a check up at the hospital, nothing serious just routine stuff. I am managing to stick to plan by the skin of my teeth at the moment, it just takes a coffee out for me to slip so I am trying to avoid it.
B: 3 wholemeal toast with cheese spread
L: Soup and rollNot sure yet, OH is cooking again so it will be fine
S: Maybe a skinny latte to take out so I don't sit looking at the cakes
Have a great day all0 -

Hello
Feeling very bad. All the left overs from the "do" yesterday were put out today and I had....pkt cheese and onion crisps, several kettle chips, mince pie, 6 delux toffees in choc, 1 toffee finger, orange cream and fudge. Had 2 yogurts and about 6 clementines. Then came home and had egg sarnie 2 cups coffee and 2 chocy bics. Don't want dinner now. Will have to cook soon for OH and DS. DD out. No salad left. Will go and watch strictly takes 2 and then think about it. Should go swimming tonight but don't want to. How to get motivated on a cold dark night?WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Hello
De mob fevour starting already. Last day today before xmas then only have to go in on 31st. Hurrah. Egg boiling for bfast, needs at least 20 mins or might not be hard enough, no idea for lunch or dinner but lots in fridge to be used up so some sort of stir fry and rice I think.
Went swimming last night and skipped dinner just had a banana, the males sorted themselves.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

I've not actually done my measurements this week but as of today I'm not doing any until new year!
I have about a millions Christmas meals to have this week, with work, friends, etc so there's not even any point watching the waistline because it's inevitable that it's only going to expand! Although hopefully not too much!
As long as I don't go overboard I'm hoping any gain will be kept to a minimum.
But I'm going to just enjoy myself over the Christmas period and then step up my game a bit in the new year! May even start jogging again!
Good luck to everyone over xmas & new year! But remember it only comes once a year and it's a time to enjoy youself so don't be too hard on yourselfs with the weight loss! There's a new year round the corner so don't deny yourself!0 -
Procrastinator - I know how you feel, I am starting to slide a bit too!:o
Anyway here is my eating plan for the day.
Breakfast - oats so simple with fruit and milk (heb, free, hea)
Lunch - homemade leek and potato soup (free) with 2 satsumas (free)
Dinner - Friday night fry lite up, with egg, bacon, quorn sausages, eggs and sw chips (free,hb)
snacks will be a couple of mince pies, a handful of chocolates from the now opened tin of roses, several glasses of wine tonight, a handful of salted peanuts, probably a bag of crisps and anything else that comes within my range - I am just in one of those moods:o
Hope you all have a good day
Love

I weighed in on Monday to discover I shifted 1lb last week:T .... a bit short lived though, think that pound was back on by lunch time and probably a few more have joined it since, it's been food, food and more food this week:eek: , tins of chocs, mince pies and biscuits appearing in work daily, 3 course Christmas lunch at the pub on Tuesday (I didn't have the healthy option, it was delish!:p ), colleague's birthday cakes yesterday, work do tonight and I'm out with friends for a chinese meal tomorrow night. Starting to feel like a little barrel already but I'm another one who's going to enjoy myself for the next week or so, go for damage limitation in between and leap back on the wagon with gusto come 1st Jan.:D *tootles off to make sure dress for tonight still fits*
Have a lovely weekend all!0
