Hi all. Sorry I havent been on for the last few days. Havent been too well. I went to bed feeling that the bottom had fallen out of my world. Then I went to the bathroom and the world fell out of my bottom!! Sorry lol. This means I havent been eating either so hopefully there is an upside to shouting at Huey!
Monday (when I was still able) I made my first target. 20lbs lost in 3 weeks. To borrow a line from another poster I shouldnt say lost as that implies that I have to go find it again! Obviously Im pretty happy that I made my first target. So onto my second target, another 20lbs.
At the moment I am living on toast and water while my insides get used to gravity again, so hopefully comes Monday I will have had a good reading on the scales.
Havent read through all the missed posts yet so if you have shed (not lost) weight well done, if you havent dont try the bad food diet, the results may be good but the journey simply isnt worth it.
Happy dieting all.0 -
evening everyone. I have not had the best day but to be honest I dont care. Those of you who read the daily will understand why.
I hope to get back on track tomorrow again.
I cant remember all I've eaten - lots of carp and no real food.
Hope you all have a good weekend.Do what you love :happyhear0 -

Hugs Tappy the icon I thought was a hug was something more intimate so I just thought I would type it instead
I wasn't too bad yesterday, had my 'healthy' bacon roll on the train then a falafel burger at Gourmet Burger Kitchen with a few chips but didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day. I did however drink 6 vodka/lime/sodas which are the better choice of most alcholic drinks but still 6 isn't too great
Today I had the fuzzy head and empty belly feeling from the night before so I needed a bacon sarnie and a cup of strong tea. This time though it was greasy bacon on a big white bap with brown sauceTea time wasn't much better with a chicken bun and some fries then a cream choux.
Back onto it tomorrow although I have no idea what I can have in Germany that is remotely healthy , wish Mrs M was still here to translate some suggestions. There is a traditional Hamburg dish called lapskause which is a distant relative of scouse so I am sure I will be fine.
Have a good weekend all, well done to all the losers and those who try :T0 -
Condolences to you Taplady, have whatever you need and take care.
Yesterday wasn't so bad as my meal choice was pretty healthy. I had goats cheese on a beetroot salad for starter, ate about half. The butternut squash came as a tart, I left most of the pastry. I had one potato, some carrots parsips and two baby sprouts. Desert was a delish fresh fruit salad it included slices of orange, melon, dragon fruit, half passion fruit, whole sharon fruit and lyches. I had a glass of champayne on arrival and one glass of white wine with diner. I had several large glasses of mineral water throughout the evening and danced almost all night long hoping to be calory neutral. Pity bout the tin of quality street one manager thoughtlessly left on my desk.
Today, had cereal, reheated jacket spud with cottage cheese. Out for dinner but no idea of the options, will try and keep it low cal. Then to theatre. No exercise today, but yesterday surely made up for it.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Good morning everyone, hope you are all well. It rained all day yesterday which always makes things a little miserable! Then I went to Tesco last night and got loads of vegetable bargains (carrots -10p, onions 8p,brocolli 12p, cauliflower 8p, bags of runner beans 12p and packets of leeks 12p plus a nice big joint of pork reduced from almost £7 to £1.35:j All that cheered me up and I have plans to make loads of soup today for the freezer!
Today I am having:
Breakfast - bacon, eggs and hashbrowns (free)
Lunch - Hot pork sandwich with mashed potato and mixed vegetables (free+heb+2syns+free)
Dinner - Ribeye steak with prawn skewers(need to eat these as have been in the freezer for almost a year!) with rice (free)
Snacks - fruit and yogurt with milk in coffee will use up my hea
