Weekly weigh in - happy to report a 1.5 lb loss this week so very pleased with myself. Will try and have one more good week this week before allowing a few Christmas goodies to start creeping in! I was only going to have treats on Xmas day but then I thought I should start slow and work my way up to grand feast:rotfl::rotfl:!

Only 2K steps walked so far today. No social events planned for this week. MUST TRY HARDER, MUST TRY HARDER.

  • Was having quite a good weekend food-wise and then I came to work to find, not one, but two(!) tins of chocolates in my office! I'm suffering a bit from a bad cold so have been feeling sorry for myself (plus the antibiotics I'm on taste disgusting!) so I've been scoffing the chocs like mad! Not done my measuring for this week and was hoping it would be a positive result but feel like I've ruined all my good work now! :(

There is no way I would be able to lose weight with tins of chocolate on my desk. In fact I wouldn't even get any work done!:rotfl:

    Todays mix2match eating plan is:

Breakfast - oats so simple mixed with frozen blueberries and milk (heb+free+hea)
    snack - 2 satsumas
Lunch - Home made turkey and vegetable soup with wm roll (free + heb). I am making the soup from a turkey leg I bought reduced at Tesco some time ago for about 20p and has been in the freezer ever since:o
Dinner - quorn lasagna with sweetheart cabbage and carrots on the side (free+5syns) and for dessert the rest of yesterdays scan bran and custard(6 syns)

Hope you all have a good day
    Love

    Hi all,

Back from Hamburg and we had a marvellous time. Food options were pretty limited because all veggie food seems to be covered with cheese and sour cream so I ventured back into the realms of pork and beef to avoid too much damage but I'm sure all the beer and gluhwein wouldnt have helped matters much :)

Sat: B cheese toastie, L&D Bruschetta then seared tuna on coriander noodles S Apple strudel

Sun: B continental breakfast and boiled egg, L&D Chicken burrito with salad and corn

Mon: B continental breakfast and boiled egg, L&D handmade hamburger, S toast

So as you can see it was pretty terrible, I do eat meat but I am a bit weird about eating it in restaurants and away from home as I like to see it before its cooked hence me usually ordering veggie.

Hopefully I can get back to it this week as I don't have any meals out planned and no visits anywhere that could disrupt things.

B: Wholemeal toast with philadelphia cheese

    L: Tuna sandwich

D: Not sure yet, probably a roast as we feel deprived of veggies and a bit run down.

Well done to all the losers have a great week all

Hi all, hope you're all ok.

Hmmm so yesterday had a day out in London....

Cue: a couple of HM banana muffins (taken with us), pret sandwich, mars bar, meal out of starter, pizza and somewhat large chocolate glory icecream for afters :p

And got back so late and had to work so only had about 4 hours sleep

So today's not great foodwise either  - the chocolate is keeping me going.... :o

However.... the Coldplay gig was well worth it :D
