    morning everyone!

wow, shelbell, you're doing SO well, i bet you can't believe it when you look back now at your 'old self'!! ahve you got a celebration planned for breaking that bmi barrier?

nothing to celebrate for me i'm afraid - WI this morning and i've put on 2lbs, eek! i know i had a bad week food-wise, but i'd been really active so thought i might have got away with it. not so, but it's given me a bit of a 'push' in the right direction (or i hope, anyway!).

    today:
b - fruit, cornflakes and yoghurt
    l - leftover tuna pasta
    s - fruit, oatcakes
t - i'm meant to be out at a friends but am actually thinking of coming up with an excuse so i can go to the gym and have a healthy dinner (!), but i know that this is rude so i guess i'll just have to say no to starter and dessert and try and have a really small portion of main course.

have a great day everyone, it's so nice that the sun is finally here!!

    bs x

    Morning folks :hello:
The weekend went well, PMK is working so far, the initial WI was 1lb down on the week before so I was chuffed to start with :j
I've revisited some of my old recipe books and had a delicious leeky lentil bake for tea last night, vegan, low fat, cheap and very tasty!

I'll post it if any one wants the recipe

    Hi all,
frogga, keep strong - you know you will get there as long as you do stay strong. View it as a learning experience - it's teaching you patience!! ;):D

For me, this week I have STS but in actual fact, since last weekend I was poorly and didn't eat much for 4 days- that means I haven't put any of it back on!! :D

Off for a walk later at lunch as the sun is shining.

    Food today:
b: oats, water, honey and nana
    l: leek and tatty soup
d: salmon fillets and summat (maybe leeks and maybe oven chips).

snacks: nutrigrain bar, slice of apple tart (coz there was some left from having guests on Saturday and it'd be a shame to waste it):p
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

  • I'm so sick of my weight yo-yoing. I've had enough! Really need to start making a bigger effort!
I say this all the time and start of really well then let it slip. Just need to get more organised and STAY organised and motivated!

    morning!

Rockie - yes please to the recipe!:T

have been quite good this weekend compared to usual but think it might be TOTM as my b**bs are rather tender so might not lose this week. We shall see.

Marion - hope the weigh in went well!

    food today

    B - beans on toast

    S - banana

L - sml jacket spud, cheese and salad

    S - yoghurt

D - not sure till we've checked the freezers but I rather fancy fishfingers SW chips and mushy peas if nothing else jumps out at me.

Hope you all have a good week x

    Hi all,

Starting to think my natural body weight is 11st 12 ish as I just can't get lower than that and stay there. I know its a healthy BMI for my height but I would like to be more in the middle of the chart than constantly skimming the edge all the time :(

Must try and up my activity but with my working day being more manic than ever I just can't seem to fit it in.

B: Apple, banana and clementine (no time to get to micro to make porridge)

L: Leftover HM channa massala (thickened with a bit of potato instead of fried onions)

D: Roast chicken, cabbage, carrots, peas, cauli and stuffing ball

S: Just fruit and an Actimel 0% drink

Well done all you losers, hope I can join you this week :)
