Hope you can get rested and de-stressed enough to get your head back in gear.

Oh JoJo my head's never been in gear matey ;) I'm ok though, I'll just keep plodding along. I'm not gonna binge cos it will be game over and that's just plain stupid. Even if it does take twice as long as I want it to, I'll still get there by Christmas, and 2010 is defo gonna be my year :D

Good Morning everyone. GFH, please don't stop trying, there is so much support here but it sounds like everyone is having a bit of a dip at the moment. Frogga you sound like a feisty lady, I'm pleased that the binges are lessening and that you are gaining control over your life, you go girl!

So, let's all dust ourselves off, KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON!

I lost another pound this week which I'm pleased about. :j

    Have a good day all.
It's up to me now and nobody else.

    Morning all!
The diet's still going fairly well.
Have totally stuck to the plan and found that I'm not using up all of my syns as I'm just too full. Its the weekend now though and that's when I falter - no particular routine and lots of time in the house.

I've already walked the dog in what felt like a Force 9 gale - very windy here - and will maybe go swimming later (if I can get the ooomph up!)

    Food today will be...

B - cereal (milk to the dog)
L - quorn sausages, beans, egg, mushrooms
D - HM leek and potato soup

Snacks - fruit and maybe a packet of skips

May go the pub later to watch the rugby - if I do succumb I'll try to stick to a couple of vodkas and diet cokes not the usual pints of cider that I quaff!

    Booooooooooooooooo lost NOTHING again
Was really good so to say I am p***ed off would be an understatement. I know I should be doing exercise as well but when I get up for work at 6.30 and get home at 7.30 it just doesn't fit into the day if I want to see OH before he goes to work. Ah well, see what next week brings

B: Porridge with blueberres (made with skimmed milk)

L: Mozarella ciabatta with a scrape of pesto

D: No idea yet, got a fish pie base in the freezer or lots of odds and sods to use up. Menu plan says beef stew and dumplings but that involves going to the supermarket and I have got work to do.

Have a good day all, I will try and be upbeat even though I am fed up ;)

Hmmm, yes, that's very nice but I'm actually a frog :o

Going to keep going and weigh again in 2 weeks today. That's when the Eamon Holmes thing is over and it will be 8 weeks after I started. I did say I would LOVE to be 16 'something' so I've got 5ish lbs to loose in the next 2 weeks. Need to move more

Right, hopping off to tidy the pad...... :D
