That's the spirit Audrey!!
Just a really quick post to let you know (if you don't already) that Quorn pieces and mince are on offer at £1 each in Iceland. As a SW person I live on these as they're free on both days so well worth stocking up at that price!
I got some the other day!:money:
I just hopped on the scales before SW and it doesn't look good for a STS:rolleyes: but I can hope:D I started off so well last week but it's just gone to pot, too many extras and not enough exercise:mad: new start tomorrow though. I'll report back later with how I've done.Do what you love :happyhear0 -

Never mind Taplady - as you say it can be a lot worse!
Yesterday was a good diet day for me - stuck completely to the plan and found that I was really full at teh end of the day. I've noticed already that I seem less bloated (my belly isn't round and hard in the morning) and I think that's something to do with not eating bread for a while and have plenty of F&V.
The 5 bean chilli I made was ace and I have at least 2 big portions left over - it was completely free (on a green day) too apart from the tiny little bit of cheese I grated over it (counted as an A choice).
Anyway, here's today's food....
B - cereal (as usual with the milk drained off for the dog!)
L - "free" noodles, orange and grapes
D - 5 bean chilli with little bit of cheese grated over
We're off to a pub quiz tonight but I'll drive so no naughty boozing for me!
Will also walk the dog again - did 20 mins this morning and will do another 30-40 mins this afternoon.
Have a good day....0 -

Hello All!
Well the glasses did arrive. Sadly they were not what I was hoping for and I look a bit erm ... special in them! I was gutted at first but I'll put them back on ebay for the frames (might get a few quid) and I'll cut my loses, put it down to experience and buy some off the nice man who comes to work instead!
Well yesterday was OK, I played freezer roulette and it turned out to be a very nice chicken dish (I have a lot of very similar looking brownish bags of frozen HM meals!). The only minor slip was a glass of wine from my housemate.
Today is:
B - Yog (1)
L - Ham Pitta (3)
S - Highlights hot choc (0.5)
D - Either another game of freezer roullette or pasta maybe. We'll see!
S - Another G & T (damn those limes!)House saving Targets:

I haven't post in a very long time. However I have remained at a stable weight... even if that is SO HEAVY.
However in 14 months I have lost 14lb and kept it off, so there is progress even if very slow.0
