Hello, another newbie to this thread!
My aim is to drop two dress sizes, preferably before Christmas! Although I'm not going to weigh myself as that seems to have been my downfall in the past!
B: Banana and bowl of wholewheat cornflakes
L: Minestrone soup (with peas picked out - yuck!)Jacket sweet potatoe with tuna and salad

Hi everyone and welcome blue_ashleigh. I had an alright day yesterday, muesli for breakfast, lunch was 4 tapas dishes shared with a friend while we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. Dinner was hm beef stew from the slow cooker.I'm hungry today and while breakfast was x2 toast a sneaky rich tea biccie slipped in at 11 with my cuppa. Lunch is jacket pot and beans and dinner is still a mystery. Hope everyone has a fab day. It's up to me now and nobody else.0

Stayed on food plan and walked to work both days, plus short walk at lunchtime.
Took me 45 mins to get to work - when I am a few pounds light I may get faster.
Best wishes to all and welcome to BlueAshleigh :-)0 -

Good Morning to all and welcome to blue_ashleigh:j
I had an exhausting day at Ikea yesterday (I wonder how long the walk is when you follow the map of the store to the letter?) and my eating wasn't too bad either! I had a momentary wobble when I saw the meatballs with chips and gravy that my friend had but I was a good girl and had the chicken salad which was quite nice with big chunks of chicken breast in (I did have 1 meatball from her plate just to taste:o). When we finally got home I crashed on the sofa and called out instructions on how to cook dinner to my husband, that meal also went to plan except no rice because he forgot to turn the remoska on! However I was a little weaker in the later evening and had a handful of salted cashews and just one Mr Kiplings lemon french fancies! That is very good for me because in the old days of my eating I would have finished off the whole box!
Today should be ok as I am now coming down with a cold and have a sore throat and sneezes so don't really feel like doing much but have a sofa day, unfortunatly I have to go get some shopping in, my daughters birthday tomorrow and also Charlie will still need his walk.
Today I am having a green day:
B - blueberry rice
L - pasta bake from the freezer HM
s - scan bran with quark and yogurt mixed as a spread
D - quorn cottage pie with green beans
Probably followed by an early night!
Sorry for the long post everyone

Hi all, been trying to find this thread for a week now and here it is, yay.
I have my first weekly weigh in on Sunday, I'm worried I've not lost anything even though I've been good all week and saved my points for a few yummy things for the weekend.
I'm looking to first of all lose a stone and then see how it goes...
