  • Stayed on plan today :-)

I made a tasty "shepherds" pie with soya mince yesterday - I feel so stupid for having scoffed biscuits on bad days when real food tastes so much better

I have packed my kit - very baggy shorts and an even baggier top for the class tomorrow :-)

    Best wishes to all.

Well, I'm failing dismally at recording my daily eating. I'm just rubbish at keeping diaries of any kind. I am however eating quite sensibly and I've lost a lb;)

I'm doing well with my walking plan (2 miles a day during the week and 1-2 miles over the weekend).

I shall carry on trying to eat sensibly and reducing the wine but don't expect many updates lol.

Keep up the good work everyone and congrats to all those who've lost weight and/or managed not to binge.

    Good morning all :rotfl:

Hada good weekend despite 2 glasses of wine on Saturday night,...but im still on track to losing my first half stone this week..

    Todays menu is:

    Breakfast - 4 ryvitas 146 cal
1 46 cal tub of lite phili
    1 small banana - 80 cal

Total cals for breakfast: 280 cal

Lunch - Tomato and mozarella pasta - 365 cal
Muller light yoghurt - 80 cal

Total cals for lunch - 445 cal

Dinner - 2 low fat sausages, gravy and mash - 360 cal

On top of this I will allow 100cal skimmed milk allowance

I have discovered what the lumps are that appeared on my chin..apparently they are spider bites!! the 2 puncture marks indicate fangs...! not happy, as I hate spiders, but have always thought they are harmless...so why are they eating me! Maybe thats why I have lost weight!

    Have a good day all

I've found that instead of having an indulgent weeked I've had an induglent week! Therefore not a good week for weightloss!
Anyway, drawing a line under it and starting fresh this week! Going to plan meals better and definitely do more running!!!!

wow, everyone's doing so well! my week went slowly downhill, food-wise, culminating in me having a massive bag of maltesers and a big bag of frazzles on the sofa instead of a proper meal on saturday night! oops, oh well, it's monday so a fresh start.
by some miraculous get-out-of-jail-free sort of situation i weighed in this morning and have stayed exactly the same so am now totally off track for my march target but at least haven't done too much damage.
    today:
b - fruit salad and yoghurt
    l - veggie sausage sarnies
s - fruit, cookies (got to eat them up!)
t - don't know, going to a friend's so probably some sort of m+s veggie ready meal, with pudding and wine. hmmm, will have to try to get to the gym tomorrow!
have a great day everyone, and thanks for all your positive posts that have motivated me this morning!

    morning all!

Marion - good luck at SW!

Frogga and RS - hope you're both doing well x

Back on track today hopefully! we're off out shopping soon so not sure whats for my meals today. I've had a bowl of muesli and a small slice of toast for breakfast. I'll take a banana and cereal bar with me to avoid temptation while we're out.

Hope you all have a good week x

  • Hello everyone - well done to all the losers! I am still doing not very well but I am feeling more focused today so have started again (again;) ) - I went to a Christening all day yesterday and ate buffet food and crisps and then afterwards we all went to an Indian Restaurant and I had some poppadums, half a biryani and a whole peshwari naan:o - OMG how delicious are those peshwari naans? I haven't had them before and just could not stop eating it - So today I am back on the wagon and am determined to use this thread to keep me motivated.

Thanks to Rockie's post I have ordered a Paul McKenna journal from Amazon and am hoping it will be delivered tomorrow. I think this will help me to keep track of what I'm eating and I am looking forward to reading the motivational stuff in there - so thanks Rockie!:)

I have not got any rubbish food in the house but I don't have much other stuff either so I need to go and get some fruit, but I will wait until tomorrow I think.

Today I am going to try and eat lightly -

Haven't had any breakfast because I am still full from yesterday:o Lunch will be prawn salad and dinner may be a tuna jacket potato and salad. Snacks will be mullerlight yoghurts and an apple.
    Hope you are all okay!

morning all! have had a strange weekend, i havent felt at all well and still dont which has meant rather erratic eating. i have still managed to stick to my lent pledge of no 'sweet stuff' other than fruit and muller lights.
today i am at work but still feel dreadful, feel i am at risk of comfort eating to try and give myself energy. i feel like i need hot food!
    Not a great plan today.
    b, 2 x hm toast
l, no idea, i'm tempted to get one of those 'steam fresh' ready meals as its more sensible than the carp i could be tempted to shovel down.
d, probably sausages & veg but who knows.

    have a good day!
