Sorry Tappy, no can doI'm a proper veggie - no meat or fish and I have seperate pans for OH's meat!
I've been quite good today, boiled eggs and toast this morning, went to get my hair cut and coloured, wrap with a little cheese, a lot of salad, beetroot and sweet chilli sauce for lunch, spent the afternoon cooking plum crumbles for the freezer (Iwas given 20lb of plums last week:eek: ) Then I had veggie sausage, jacket spud, mushrooms, onions and broad beans (OH had steak for his birthday treat) then a small portion of plum crumble and custard.
I will have a glass of wine tonight but only the one 'cos I'll have to be up in the morning as we're off out for the day
Well done ShelBell - great loss :T :T :T
See you tomorrow folks:A0 -
Oh my goodness, you guys are the only ones that I dare tell yet but just by being aware of what I'm eating, writing it down and trying to slip in more walking where I can I've lost 1lb already. I'm going in the right direction finally.
:j
I was going to resist the scales for at least another week as I really didn't expect to see any changes yet but something felt right and I was so pleased I did.
Writing what I eat down really helps me; it makes me aware of just what I'm doing as I can so easily 'forget' those extra biscuits etc .
So today was: B= x2 toast, L= tom based soup bread and marg, D= pub steak and kidney pud and a few chips.
Hope everyone has a great evening. It's up to me now and nobody else.0 -
Sorry Tappy, no can do
I'm a proper veggie - no meat or fish and I have seperate pans for OH's meat!
I'm only a pretend veggie as I eat fish and have the odd bit of gravy on my dinner:eek: I just dont actually eat the flesh itself.
ShelBell - well done on the loss and also 4Moneysaver too:T :T
I've had a good day and stuck to my plan with the addition of a small bowl of jelly and dream topping for pud, other than that no extras apart from fruit:A
back to work at 7am and am cooking a big roast dinner there for about 8 people.
have a great sunday xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
Hello
Yesterday was a uni visit with DD so food wasn't good cheese baguette with crisps and a coke. On up side got a lot of walking in, including what felt like 1000 stairs. OH made macaroni cheese when we got in. Today so far have had 2 kiwi fruit sliced with 2 tblspoons of nat yog followed by boiled egg. Weather is cold but bright so need to get out. Dinner will be HM soya pie, roast tatoes and veg.
Rockie4 I read this wrong and couldn't believe what I was reading. That'll each me to read more slowly.
