    morning all!

well, a couple of disasters for me yesterday, ended up having crisps with my sandwich at lunchtime (although it did mean that i was so full that i didn't have an afternoon snack), and then, heading to bed and not even hungry, i wolfed a whole 100g bar of choc down, right before going to bed, and i know that it was just because it was there, in the cupboard, grrrrr! hopefully now that all the sweet treats in the house are gone that won't be happening again, but i'm so cross with myself!

i did at least go to the gym after work but, as it was my first time in a couple of months, took it very easy and ended up leaving the class 10 minutes early. a start at least!

    today:
b - fruit salad and yoghurt, maybe with a cracker
l - crackers, veg pate, a cheese triangle and a babybel (didn't have time to make lunch today!)
s - fruit, olives in brine
t - not sure, perhaps some sort of spicy aubergine and cous cous

have a great day everyone and i hope your son is ok paul bs x

Vixtress I am in total awe of you! There is no way I could have done that, and if by some miracle I did do it, I can guarantee that I would have no recollection of what had been said in the meeting at all!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:One track mind I have and the muffins win out over meetings any time:rotfl::rotfl:!

  • Hello
I'm still trying, just not hard enough. Yesterday I ate 3 bags of hula hoops just because they were there. Were bought for teens.Had marinated tofu and noodles cooked by DS for dinner. (inclluded carrots, spinach, celery, mush and onions so good really.) Had apple and banana snacks. Lunch was small advocado and 2 toms, followed by hot cross bun. No walking done.

    Today
Cereal, aples to work for snack. lunch bagel with lite philly. Diner will depend on what I find in shops, looking to see if Asda still have quorn at 1.00 pack if so will be either pie and mash or curry.

Hula hoops arent as calorific as some other types of crisps though procrastinator. I think the best ones are quavers and skips, so if you have a craving for crisps then work a packet of the lower fat, cal ones into your day.

Just spotted what you are having for lunch today, I love lite philly. I think I will pop out at lunchtime and get some for tomorrows menu.

Hello all, still doing a bit rubbish here. Have decided to aim for 1000 cals a day instead of 1500 as I keep going over my allotted amount, so must aim lower!

    Today so far had:

Breakfast: hot water and lemon, half a banana, 2 spoonfuls roast veg dipped in lemon and coriander hummus ( 150 cals)

Snack: apple (80 cals blimey, thought it was much less)

Lunch: 1 tin condensed mushroom soup ( made 2 yummy bowls) (330)

Planning battered fish (270) with my version of sw chips later (I use 1/3 potato, 1/3 butternut squash wedges and 1/3 swede, all coated in cajun seasoning) and peas (300)

That makes 1070 cals and 4 of my 5 a day, so will get another apple or banana in later.
